The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains. The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊

1. The room had an unpleasant odor and a musty smell. We contacted the front desk, and Auntie Ya came to check and spray air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was rather poor; she used water as air freshener, which we later discovered. She said it would start to smell fresh after spraying, but we didn't notice the smell at all. We immediately asked Auntie Ya to use a different air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was really problematic. 2. The breakfast was poor; there was nothing to eat, and no chef was making noodles on the spot. And there was no coffee. 3. The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping nearby. I booked a triple deluxe room, which was spacious, bright, sunny, comfortable, and clean. It was on a high floor and the environment was quiet. After check-in, we were provided with complimentary buffet breakfast, laundry facilities, and parking. The lobby was clean and elegant, and the staff were all polite and welcoming. It was a very good stay experience.

1) Triple room quit big, really enough for 3-4 persons. 2.) For the bathrooms, should do bit improvement for the cleanest especially should do moping floor (also inside the room floor), wash the bathtub when request to do the cleanest. for all the shampoo, bath gel, conditional should check & fill-up, because we have 3 adults & 1 kid to stay for 6 nights in the same room. 3.) Centralized control the heating air flow for cool weather, should allow guest to adjust the temperature inside the room so that not too hot. 4.) Good to mentioned that this hotel had provide the washing machine & dryer for the guest convenient. 5.) Morning breakfasts are overall good for families.

Hotel was near the busstation of Yunfu which has a direct connection to Guangzhou airport. Additionally, on the first floor there was a restaurant that had great food. The room was very spacious and clean. The check in procedure took longer than normally but that's understandable because of having a foreign passport. Overall it was a great stay and great experience.

Facilities: This hotel boasts classic old five-star amenities. Although it's a bit older, the room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated. Hygiene: So-so. My companion found an item left behind by a previous guest in the pocket of the bathrobe in the room... Environment: The natural scenery on the mountain is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air. You can take a cable car to the mountaintop to explore and see the sea of clouds and sunrise/sunset. We left before sunset. Service: Neither good nor bad. The front desk gave us a tea souvenir bag, which was perfect as a gift. The Xiangwo tea tasted pretty good and is worth trying. Overall, it was a relatively pleasant trip. There weren't many hot spring pools, but it wasn't crowded when we went, so it was quite comfortable, and the kids had a great time.
