"Overall, a good stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and check-in was straightforward. However, it's noticeable that the apartments and hallways are showing their age and could use a refresh. Nevertheless, the price was right and we were satisfied overall."

"Facilities: The hotel's infrastructure is quite comprehensive. My only minor complaint is the lack of a gym; even having two treadmills would be great for people dealing with jet lag, but unfortunately, there's nothing at all. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, clearly reflecting very standard hotel management. Environment: It's directly opposite the train station, and there's a food court just a short walk away. Plus, the supermarket downstairs and the trains are all very convenient."

"The room was clean, but there was virtually no service. The soundproofing was terrible; someone called the room at 2 AM, and there was constant noise and running upstairs and outside my door from 1 AM to 5 AM. It was quite a terrifying experience."

"The hotel is a wonderful experience to stay in particular if you appreciate historical flair. Definitively the spa and swimming pool is a great place to visit. It was included in our room category, but for other room rates may not include it and you need to pay for the spa and swimming pool. The personal was very kind and helpful! Breakfast was wonderful as well, however, the served coffee at the breakfast was terrible. It was not only on one day but seems to be a general feature. I wonder why this five star location does not invest in a high level coffee facility. But at least the room had a small pad coffee machine which allowed to have a good coffee! The general experience in this hotel was exceptional!"

"I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. This hostel strikes a perfect balance between functionality, cleanliness, and location. Location & Accessibility The location is a major highlight. It is exceptionally well-connected to the city’s transport network, with trams, metro lines, and buses all within easy reach. Getting around the city was seamless. Additionally, the surrounding area is vibrant and packed with dining options, especially if you are a fan of brunch spots. Facilities & Room Features The hostel is incredibly well-organized. One of the best features is the storage Big Lockers:There is more than enough space to securely store large suitcases, which is often a rarity in hostels. Cleanliness:The shared bathrooms were consistently clean. Amenities: I appreciated the inclusion of shower gel and the availability of hair dryers, making the stay much more comfortable They also provide ear plugs at the corridor to ensure a good sleep. . Food & Social Atmosphere There is an on-site bar that serves as a great social hub. They provide a solid breakfast to start your day and offer a good selection of beer in the evenings. It’s a convenient spot to relax without having to head back out after a long day of sightseeing. This hostel is definitely value for money.. GGuest UserThe Estilo Fashion Hotel has great service, a comfortable room and a good location. We arrived in Budapest much later than expected and were very thankful to the staff and their speedy check in process that allowed us to get to our river cruise reservation on time. The staff were friendly and helpful each time we interacted with them. The location was perfect for us. We were steps away from the Fővám tér station which had metro and tram service to many of Budapest's major sites like the parliament, chain bridge, Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and many more. We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by. We took the metro from the station by the hotel that gave us easy access to the Kelenfold Station (to get to/from Vienna or Bratislava), The room was compact but there was enough space for all of our things. It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way. The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air. The bathroom was good with good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. They have an all in one body wash in the shower and some body lotion by the sink too. We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. They had very good scrambled eggs, breads and a tray of cured meats and cheeses each day. They also had a good variety of spreads and healthy items to choose from. We liked having yoghurt with a variety of seeds in it. The juice and coffee selection was nice too to help start our day. Getting there early wasn't a big issue for us but we found as it got busier not everything was consistently available.

@@travel_with_the_sunVery chaotic and confusing check-in process. Arrived before check-in and got registered, just needed to get my key at check-in time. So far so good. At check-in time I am directed to an iPad terminal to register with with my name and my booking number from the accommodation, not then one on the booking portal, which I've no clue which it is. After me struggling to look-up this number out of countless CRM-emails I received from the Hostel the friendly staff member, looked up my name in the guest list, went back to the receptionist desk to check my check-in amd got my key card to my room. Arrived in the room it didn't matched with the category and pictures I booked. Went back down to the reception, who fixed it. All this took a lot of time and not to mention all the Welcoming and Info-e-mails you receive from Maverick's at any occasion of the ”customer journey” process. To the management and marketing folks there: Keep your check-in process simple. Your visitors are offered to pre-check-in online or at an iPad terminal in the lobby, just to end up queuing again at the reception to identify yourself again, pay the tourist tax or get their key card. It's nonsense. Have a vending machine spitting out the keycard for those cases. Just keep the regular check-in process as anywhere else directly at the reception with showing your passport etc... Stop these insane amount of email at every step of the customer journey, no-one needs this ot also makes it difficult to find one's relevant booking information. Let's come to the positive part. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable, it was a good deal to. Good internet. The kitchen is great, well equipped and a nice place to connect with people. Free coffee and tea, also a water dispenser in the lobby - great! There are many free activities organized by the hostel, we had a wine tasting for free and it was nice to talk to other guest there. Location is central, where you'll find all you need, even mini marts open 24/7. Free locker before and after check-in.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

PpuffyCloudVery close to the metro, easy to get to the airport and main attractions. Close to the central market, many restaurants nearby. Convenient to travel within the city. The room size is good. The bed is comfortable. With individual bed light and socket near each bed. The bathroom is tiny but clean. A cooking panel installed inside the room, amenities are great. Access to the shared bathroom which means that everyone can shower at the same time. The shared bathroom is also clean, and even more spacious. Luggage storage is free and safe with a lock. There's also a large common area and shared kitchen. Considering the price, location, amenities and quality, highly recommended.

FFeixiangheijingheThis hotel is conveniently located right next to Budapest Keleti Railway Station. The room size is larger than typical European hotels, and the facilities are quite new. The staff's service was also good. Initially, they gave me a street-facing room which was a bit noisy, so they moved me to a 7th-floor room. However, that room was even louder due to some machinery nearby. I went down at midnight to change rooms again, and the front desk lady patiently helped me switch, allowing me to finally get a peaceful night's sleep.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. However, it's a bit far from the city center—it's the last metro station. The reception staff are friendly and patiently answer questions. The room is quite spacious, with a small hallway with a closet. The room has a table, chairs, a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. It's nice that they provide coffee and tea (unlike the hotel of the same name). Everything is clean, with good linens and fresh towels. The Wi-Fi is good. Although there are cars in the courtyard, it's quite quiet. Breakfast is a bit pricey—around 11 euros. A definite downside is the mini-fridge, which barely cools even on the highest setting. Overall, the experience was favorable and I highly recommend it.

DDingxiangmaoThe location is central, which is convenient. The hotel facilities are complete, with lockers, locks, and a private bathroom and shower. The only downside is that the shower is too small and shared between men and women, which compromises privacy. There's a kitchen where you can boil water and heat food, which is a plus.
