Extremely satisfied! Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the service is also excellent. For a stay in Budapest, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

This beautifully designed hotel directly overlooks the Chain Bridge and is incredibly close to Buda Castle and Fisherman's Bastion. The views are stunning, and it offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A wonderful touch was the complimentary wine and chocolates we received upon check-in!

Facilities: Relatively new. Cleanliness: Excellent, thoroughly cleaned. Environment: Convenient location, close to major attractions. The airport express line is just an 8-minute walk downstairs. Service: I'd like to elaborate on this. We arrived around 6 PM, and there were four front desk staff available for check-in, but the process was incredibly slow. We were told we needed to pay an extra 20 Euros per night for an upgrade, otherwise, we'd be assigned a ground-floor room, where most areas are occupied by the restaurant and gym. So, we agreed to the upgrade. After all three of our rooms paid for the upgrade, one was given a room at the very end of the hall, another had a key card that wouldn't work, and one room had a welcome card with another Marriott Titanium member's name on it. :) If you have high expectations for service, you might want to consider other options.

First and foremost, the service is the best I've encountered in dozens of European countries. From the concierge to the front desk to room service, you truly feel honored and comfortable. The valet always leaves my car immaculately clean before handing it over to me, and even provides bottled water based on the number of people in the car before departure. Such thoughtful details. The hotel's location and amenities are also excellent. This is a hotel brand under the UAE Royal Group, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel was impeccable. The option of having a choice of pillows was a wonderful touch. The heated pool and sauna provided a nice break and rest during the holiday.

We arrived very late at the hotel but the arrival experience is superb. We book Matlid King room at room 105 , the room is very spacious and very advance IOT use in the room eg: electric curtain, lighting & air conditioners. The bathroom is very beautifully decorated with blue & gold tiles with big bathtub enough for 2 persons to soak together. Bathroom Experience: 10/10 They provide very comfortable bed, mattress, pillows and blanket. We had excellent 3 nights rest The hotel serve most delicious breakfast with lots of various options to choose from, I can say one of the best Breakfast for our this Europe trip. The staffs are very attentive and well-trained. breakfast Experience: 10/10 A must try dinner at Wolfgang Puck if you stay here, the chefs are super talented to create delicious art dinner. I enjoyed their Door to door cocktail as well.

Check-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing location. Radisson Basilica is hitting all the right things - newly opened and modern but also with a great staff, especially the reception. One thing I must say, cleaning team is also excellent and professional

The room decor is relatively new, and the space is decent. Breakfast was quite varied, with slight changes over the two days. The service was standard. The only thing I was unhappy with was that the sink drain was a bit clogged; everything else was fine.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely incredible !!! Just step outside, and you’re already in the heart of the city, surrounded by its most iconic landmarks. The service exceeded all expectations! We were warmly welcomed and even offered early check-in, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the coffee was really good . Every detail made us feel genuinely cared for- we would return without hesitation!
