1. Warm Welcome and Check-in:
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided us with a helpful overview of the hotel’s amenities, spa services, and nearby attractions. The lobby itself is stunning, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere.
2. The Room:
We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury.
3. The Spa:
The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. AAnnKooGood location for connection to airport or train station Keleti.The central market and the Liberty bridge is only 3 minutes walk away. Very convenient to explore Budapest with the tranport pass. Lots of eateries nearby.
Room is very clean and tidy and the staffs are all polite ànd easily approachable. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay with the delicious breakfast.

GGuest UserFor the price I paid, I expected better. The facilities felt standard and the island itself offered nothing special for me. The facial was just okay, though I did have good experiences with the massage and mud wrap services. Breakfast looked fantastic, but unfortunately the taste didn’t live up to the presentation.
During my trip, I stayed at four different hotels across Budapest. This was the most expensive, yet it’s the one I would rate the lowest.

Сотрудники на стойке регистрации приветливые, терпеливо отвечают на вопросы. Номер достаточно просторный, есть маленькая прихожая со шкафом, в комнате стол, стулья, мини-холодильник, кондиционер, чайник. Приятно, что есть кофе и чай (в отличие от одноименного отеля). Везде чисто, хорошее постельное белье, новые полотенца. Wifi хороший. Хотя внутри двора машины, довольно тихо.
Завтрак дороговат - около 11 евро. Явный минус - мини-холодильник работает плохо, почти не охлаждает даже на максимальном режиме.
В целом впечатление благоприятное, смело можно рекомендовать.

AAnonymous UserLocation is uninteresting and the hotel is only worth the stay if you absolutely need to be at this location (stadium or bus station). The room I got was small and dark, facing inward and without windows that could open. I asked to change to a room facing the street with more natural light but was told there were no free rooms left. Instead I received a coupon for a free drink in the restaurant, which was a nice gesture but did not solve the problem because the music was too loud to be able to work quietly there. The breakfast (not included; approx. HUF 4000 or EUR 10 ) was good value for money. Staff was very friendly (except for one male receptionist) but inexperienced and slow. Absolutely ridiculous that no drinking water is provided nor a water kettle in the room to boil (chlorine) tap water. I ended up having to buy two tiny bottles (250 cl) for HUF 1200 (EUR 3) each at the reception. If it wasn't for it's proximity to the bus station (Flixbus) I would not stay here.

It's not far from the airport bus stop. I wanted to stay here again on my return trip, but there were no rooms available.
It has a small terrace where you can prepare your own breakfast, which was wonderful.
The whole family was very satisfied.

GGuest UserIt was in a great location on the Buda side where you over look the river and see the parliament building, there was just a couple of issues, we were located near the breakfast restaurant where they have speakers playing loud music 24hrs which isn'tgreat when you'restill awake at 3am in the morning trying to sleep, I have asked them to turn it off one evening but the next it was left on again the next evening.
Room cleaning isn't something they do everyday unless you request, which is fine, but when you do request it on the day at 7am at the front desk before we left, we came back around 4pm with nothing being done and the people at the front desk not knowing it had been requested.

CCengweiParking is available, though it's a third-party lot roughly 100 meters from the hotel, but it's free for guests. Despite being located right next to a main road, the hotel's soundproofing is quite good, so it's not noisy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also decent. Breakfast was acceptable; you can certainly fill up. However, during exhibitions at the New International Expo Center, the hotel's value for money is extremely poor. Prices are heavily inflated, costing 500-600 RMB per night, whereas normally around 200 RMB would be sufficient.

GGuest UserReading the reviews, overall I was expecting worse. The room was a little dated but clean, the bathroom ditto. Clean sheets and towels. On the other hand, the pillows offered are really uncomfortable, the mini bar is not working and the breakfast is very poor and without a sweet proposal: I went on for three days on bread, butter and jam. The staff were friendly enough and the location was excellent for getting to the center by public transport.
