New Hotels in Budapest

"I stayed at the Hotel Vision Budapest. Its location is excellent – a straight shot to St. Stephen's Basilica ⛪, which is ranked No. 4 on Ctrip's must-visit attractions in Hungary. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and chimney cake 🍰 shops. It's a 5-minute walk to Széchenyi Chain Bridge 🌉, and Lidl supermarket is also just 5 minutes away on foot. The hotel overall is very refined. I booked a refined suite, which was 40㎡. All toiletries were L'Occitane, and they provided welcome chocolates 🍫. The room was cleaned daily 🧹, making for a good stay. The breakfast was plentiful; while there wasn't a live cooking station, there was an English breakfast section, so at least there were hot options to eat, which was quite nice. Since I paid for the room in advance online through Ctrip, no deposit was required. I did have to pay a city tax upon arrival, but the front desk said there was no rush and I could pay it when checking out."

"The apartment complex is located on the corner of two quiet side streets. The nearest metro station, Blaha Lujsa-ter, as well as the Keleti train station, are easily accessible on foot. The new building, completed in 2026, is naturally still in good condition, very clean, and was presumably intended for apartment rentals. The apartments that are currently vacant are being rented out to tourists like hotel rooms. The booked breakfast for two people for two days was already there upon arrival, but unfortunately, the portions weren't very generous and were eaten on the first day. It seems we were expecting two more portions for the following day... Well, a little diet never hurt anyone! What was practically non-existent was the Wi-Fi, which only connected for a few minutes at a time before disconnecting again. The furnishings were rather spartan, which is due to the intended use as long-term rentals – the future tenants are meant to furnish the apartment to their own taste. The fairly large eat-in kitchen, estimated at 25 square meters, didn't feel particularly inviting as a result. The bedroom, with the necessary minimum distance between the double bed and the walls, was very cozy. The bathroom had a shower head built into the bathtub – a real challenge for anyone who showers without flooding the bathroom. The small balcony shouldn't be forgotten; it offers enough space for two people to enjoy the fresh air – and it's also a good place to dry laundry and umbrellas. Considering the many old, small, and worn-out hotel rooms out there, this is definitely a worthwhile addition, but not preferable to a true four-star hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Our spacious two-bedroom suite was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linen was changed twice during our one-week stay, which we really appreciated. The breakfasts were good. No matter what time we came, everything was still available and well stocked. The location is simply 10/10. The waterfront and all the main attractions are within walking distance, and the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around the city. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would be happy to stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Wonder Budapest. The location was excellent, central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was beautifully clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable throughout our stay. The food was also very good, with plenty of quality and attention to detail. What stood out most was the service: the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt very well looked after. Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes"
