"The room size is decent and it's kept very clean. The Italian breakfast is simple but delicious. It's very close to my company, making it my go-to choice for business trips. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Plus, the price is cheaper compared to the Starhotel next door."

"This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise."

"I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future."

"The location was great, not too far from the city center. However, the day we stayed, May 1st, was Labor Day, and when we tried to get back from the Duomo, we couldn't find a taxi or any other public transport. We were in a real fix, but thankfully, the owner of the accommodation helped us get back safely. They were so thoughtful, taking care of every little detail and even checking our comings and goings. I was really touched.. 😭🥹🥹 Thank you so much!"

"The location is excellent, very close to Milan Central Station, just a 7-minute walk away. There are also various supermarkets nearby, including a Korean supermarket just a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient. The hotel is quiet at night. The front desk staff were very polite. The room facilities are also very sufficient, and staff come to clean the room and change towels daily. The shower pressure in the bathroom is excellent."

"Beyond its location, this place has nothing going for it. The room was tiny, and the old guy at the front desk, who looked Chinese, couldn't speak Mandarin. The window handle was missing, and the toilet seat creaked so much I was worried it would break. As we were leaving, I saw a blue card on the table with drink prices listed on the back. I wasn't sure if it was for the mini-fridge downstairs. We had two drinks that night. The next day at checkout, the front desk mumbled something I couldn't understand. I just asked, 'OK? We go now?' She replied 'OK,' so we left..."

"Very friendly staff! Was chatting with Mattheo and mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. He congratulated us and secretly prepared a surprise for us the next day! We came back to hotel with special surprise! Such warm and kind gesture we really loved it"

"Хороший отель. Удобное местоположение. Рядом станция метро. Через одну остановку Центральная площадь Duoma. Есть несколько продуктовых магазинов в шаговой доступности. Номер стандартный, очень удобная кровать с качественным матрасом. В холодильнике вода, пиво, соки, орешки, чипсы, Кола. Завтрак вполне нормальный, шведский стол: яйца, бекон, сосиски, сыры, колбасы, салат из помидоров с огурцами,  3 типа хлопьев, выпечка, десерты, джемы. Хотелось бы отдельно отметить персонал: очень приветливый внимательный . На все вопросы отвечали, в чем нужно помогали. Решали очень оперативно  любые вопросы. Если еще будем в Милане, обязательно остановимся в нем снова."

"❤️🔥 Fantastic location! 1. It's a short walk from Pasteur M1 station, and super close to the cathedral and city center! I often pop back to drop things off and use the restroom while I'm out and about. 2. There's a supermarket right next door downstairs! Very convenient for buying water and groceries. ❤️🔥 The hosts are wonderful! A Chinese couple! You can ask them anything – they always have an answer! ❤️🔥 The view from the window is beautiful! ❤️🔥 It's a small community with a secure entrance downstairs, so it feels very safe! Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation~"

"We stayed at this hotel because we had a 4 AM flight the next morning. We booked a taxi through the hotel, and the staff said they could pack breakfast for us to take away. After checking in, we found the air conditioning wasn't working. Milan was scorching hot, and no matter how we adjusted it, the AC stayed above 26 degrees Celsius. We called the front desk around 9 PM. After a long wait, a staff member came, but all they did was press the AC temperature buttons a few times and then left. We had set the AC to 18 degrees, but the temperature just wouldn't drop. The front desk said they'd send another person to fix it and claimed the hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't switch rooms. We waited for a very long time again, and it was almost 11 PM, but still no one came to fix it. My husband called the hotel again, this time being a bit more assertive. The hotel finally sent another person, who worked on it for a while but said it couldn't be fixed. The front desk then finally offered to move us to a room with working AC, from room 438 to 410. We finally got into a room with functioning air conditioning past 11:30 PM. Both my child and I were exhausted. They had previously said the rooms were all full, but now there was one – isn't that contradictory? If there was a room available, why didn't they switch us earlier? We could have gotten at least 2-3 more hours of sleep. We woke up around 3 AM the next morning to pack our bags. After a night of hassle, neither of us got much sleep. The taxi driver arrived promptly at 4 AM, but the packed breakfast the hotel promised was not provided. The service at this hotel is truly speechless. I will definitely not be staying here again."
