"Great location. From our room we could actually see the island of Sakurajima. Concurrent location to drive around the city. There are plenty of carparks around the hotel and also within it's own carpark. The front desk esp, Mr Tanimura, who checked us in when we arrived late. He was most helpful n friendly. Her made us feel very welcomed with his warm & friendly personality. Also, the ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. From our balcony we could actually see loading & unloading of the ferries."

"It's very clean, and the bedding and toiletries are brand new. On the first floor, the lobby offers a variety of DHC cleansers, toners, and makeup removers, so if you're not too picky, you don't even need to bring any toiletries. It's right next to the Tenmonkan shopping district, which is very convenient, and the 'Woa Ren' restaurant there is delicious. I'll definitely go back again; I really enjoyed the food in Kagoshima, and if I return, I'll stay at this hotel again."

Got amenities such as bath salt, tea bags, drip coffee & cleansing oil/ lotion at hotel lobby for you to pick up. The restaurant where you take breakfast commands a stunning panoramic view. "The views of the bay and the volcano are absolutely stunning, 'picturesque' doesn't even begin to cover it! My room type was a garden view twin, so I couldn't see the volcano or the sea. It was all about value for money, at around 600-700 RMB per night. The room was spacious enough (by Japanese standards), and the luggage rack could fit two medium-sized suitcases. The bathroom was also quite large. If you want to see the volcano, you can head to the courtyard or walk five minutes to the Shiroyama Observatory. You can soak in the large hot spring bath while looking at the volcano, but we only took a quick look around the baths and didn't really try them out, so I can't comment much. The hotel shuttle bus runs every half hour, which is pretty convenient. The city view bus stop is near the Shiroyama Observatory. Just ask the receptionist at the hotel lobby on the 4th floor how to get to the observatory; we turned left then right and it was a five-minute walk. By the way, the city view bus route is a bit winding and there aren't many buses. It's better to take the JR to Sengan-en. The JR has a stop right at the entrance of Sengan-en, and the platform itself is the best spot to view Sakurajima."

"Extremely satisfied! Though the room was compact, it had everything we needed, and for Japan, it wasn't even that small. All the facilities were brand new, and they even provided laundry pods nightly, which was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly."

"This hotel is in the Tenmonkan and very close to the tram station. There are also many places to eat nearby. Kagoshima is really great, and the people are very nice. I will definitely come to Kagoshima again in the future."

"A little far from the station, but the function is still convenient. Booking 3 rooms has a special indication of the high floor and one of the rooms wants to merge the two small beds. But none of them match. The luggage stored seems to be a bit confused. The machine check-in failed and asked us to find the counter, and the counter asked us to go back to the machine. Fortunately, we have Japanese masters to communicate. The nearby roast bird shop is very delicious 😋"
