"The facilities are complete, and the front desk is on the third floor. The location is great, very close to the Planetarium business district. There's a large Don Quijote right across the street from the hotel. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the station, so not too far. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Coming from Fukuoka to Kagoshima, I felt the rooms here were quite affordable! 😂"

I recommend having dinner before heading up the mountain to check in. There's a Family Mart. The hot spring is absolutely amazing; I used it both in the evening and in the morning, it was fantastic."

"Overall of staying is over my expectation. Excellent location, guests can access to the hotel by underground walkway from Kagoshima-Chuo Station (AMU mall B1). Friendly staffs. Room is very clean plus big bath room. Double bed 150 cm. size is OK for 2 people. Large window offering a nice view. Comment : The hotel should provide more amenities for women guests such as cleaning oil, body lotion etc."

The hotel even had a curling iron, and the tea bags at the front desk were delicious. They also provided a great selection of toiletries, including Sekkisei and DHC products. The station is right downstairs, and the service was excellent."
