"I really love this place! It's super close to the mall, which is great. The staff is so nice, especially the lovely lady at the front desk. She's just the best. The room is spotless and the hot water is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "We had a pleasant stay in this hostel. The bathroom is nice with warm and cold shower. They had free drinking water from a dispenser located outside the rooms but within the vicinity. The ambience is wonderful with a touch of nature such as plants and small pond with some fiahes. It's affordable and we will come back to this hostel in the future."

"I stayed one night with my friends. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was the most negative aspect: the door wouldn't open properly due to the toilet, the shower head wasn't working (it was like a bucket), and the tap water didn't flow correctly!"

"My flight arrived late at night, so I was happy to avail of the free airport pick up. The hotel is near the airport and within walking distance of the provincial capital. The area has many good options for restaurants; across the hotel is a grocery.  Local jeeps and tricycles can be hailed in front of the hotel.  There were strong rains, but I felt safe in the hotel and the area was not flooded.  I tried the breakfast ones and it was well prepared. I had the corned beef. Very good price point. Soundproofing could be improved."

"This hotel in Puerto Princesa for a short stay exceeded all expectations! Everything is new and working perfectly, including a smart TV and a lift to all four floors. On the top floor, there's a restaurant with reasonable prices and a rooftop bar. We booked a room with a balcony. We had an early morning departure, and the manager pre-arranged a taxi and provided sandwiches instead of breakfast. You need to order your breakfast type the day before. It's only a five-minute drive to the airport. I definitely recommend it!"

"The hotel room is very spacious . The room is perfect .i enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff and front desk is very accommodating. They are very attentive on what i need. The hotel is close to SM ,public market and baywalk. Which is really good. I wish they have pool so they can maximize the view I also wish the they have more equipment at the gym. Overall, this place is great spot. For those who like to explore the city."
