"The hotel was old but nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice but needs renovating, why can't they put shower curtains up ! Water goes everywhere and takes a long time to dry up. Location is ok for local stuff, but far away from main part of Cam Ranh. Food was good, only thing Was no hot water for tea."

"The hotel is new and beautiful. The view from the window overlooks the sea and the airport. The breakfasts are good with a wide variety of dishes, so it's hard to leave hungry. In the evening, we ordered dinner from the restaurant and had it delivered to our room. The pool is fantastic, and the water was surprisingly warm. There's also a lazy river, but it operates on a schedule. The kids' club is in a neighboring building, spacious, with a trampoline and a ball pit. We went to the beach for a swim in the sea. The beach has 'singing sand,' and the sea is crystal clear. HOWEVER, sometimes there's trash floating around (plastic bags, tubes, packaging). Otherwise, we have no complaints. There's a plaza with cafes nearby. Our impressions of the hotel are very positive! It's perfect for a beach vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and crowds. We would gladly come back again."

"We stayed at the Riviera for a few days in June. We liked how we were greeted. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM. There was a Russian-speaking Vietnamese person at the reception who explained everything clearly. They immediately gave us wristbands, so we were able to go for lunch and use all the other facilities (water park, bars, beach). We checked into our room closer to 2 PM. Our room was on the 9th floor, and the view was stunning! The balcony was huge. Everything in the room was clean, the bed was large, and the linen was fresh. We enjoyed the food. There was a huge selection of different cuisines. We particularly liked the BBQ, seafood, and the wide variety of fruits (they served passion fruit, mango, papaya, lychee, and even grapes). There were tons of different desserts. There's food for children of all ages, purees for infants, sausages, french fries, and lots of other healthy and delicious options. Regarding alcoholic beverages: bottled beer, average but drinkable wine, and local spirits. Freshly squeezed juices, coconut water, and smoothies were available at an extra cost. For those traveling with young children, I'd recommend bringing drinks that your child usually has before bed (juices, bio-yoghurts, etc.). We were pleased that there were always available sun loungers on the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The sea was gorgeous. By the way, they offered us a free shuttle to the airport. We definitely recommend this hotel."

"I booked this hotel for a quick stopover before my flight, so I could easily get to the airport. There are two buildings on the property; mine was the first one from the road, but you have to go to the building closer to the beach for breakfast. The breakfasts are good, with a decent selection, but the restaurant is very noisy. This is because 90-95% of the hotel guests are from Vietnam or China, and they tend to speak loudly. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The beach was a bit dirty; after a week, I realized they don't seem to care for their natural environment and don't know what a trash can is – litter is everywhere. Beach towels aren't provided for free; you have to pay for them. To the right of the hotel, there's a good cafe where I had dinner. All in all, for the price, it's an acceptable place to stay for a couple of days."

"A nice hotel with a private beach. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes, but it passes through beautiful grounds and another hotel located on the beachfront. We were sent to this hotel's restaurant for breakfast, which was excellent. Our hotel wasn't full. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sea view. The grounds of the second, sister hotel are very beautiful. The beach is wide with fine sand, the sea is stunning, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The downside is the lack of infrastructure outside the hotel. Dinner must be served at the hotel restaurant or you have to travel to Cam Ranh or Nha Trang. The hotel does have a kitchen, but we didn't eat there. Nha Trang can be reached by taxi or bus 16. The promised free airport shuttle for stays of more than three nights was not provided."

"I really liked the hotel. There are very few Russians, almost none! Mostly Chinese guests, but you barely see them during the day; they swim early in the morning and at sunset! The view is beautiful, sun loungers are always available, and the grounds are very green with many pools. Breakfasts are amazing! Fruits, pastries, pho, eggs – you name it, they have it! You can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel or at the one cafe currently available there. There are many spas and one small shop selling clothes! Everything is still being set up there! It's a 30-minute taxi ride to Nha Trang. This hotel is for a very relaxed holiday, there's nowhere to go out."

"We stayed at Ana Mandara Resort with my mother for a few days. Unfortunately, although the resort is advertised as a five-star property, it did not meet our expectations. Overall, I would personally rate it closer to four stars. Our check-in was strictly at 3:00 p.m., which wasn’t a problem, but our first impression of the room was underwhelming. We booked a Garden View room, and while it was comfortable and clean, it didn’t feel worth the price. My advice is to spend a little more and book a room with a better view, as it will make your stay much more enjoyable. The resort itself is very green and well-maintained, but it’s much smaller than it appears in the promotional photos. There is one main swimming pool, but it was always full of children, making it difficult to relax. When I entered the pool, I also noticed an unpleasant smell, so we decided not to swim there. We ordered drinks at the beach bar, but the service was quite slow—they even forgot about my coconut, and I had to remind the staff about my order. The beach is beautiful, and it’s easy to take stunning photos there. However, in the afternoon and evening it becomes very crowded, and finding an available sunbed is difficult unless you reserve one in advance. Personally, I don’t think guests at a five-star resort should have to reserve beach beds just to have somewhere to relax. We also noticed that some of the beach mattresses had visible stains, and a few of the towels looked old and slightly yellow, which was disappointing. Our first day was honestly frustrating, and I felt that the resort did not justify its price. Thankfully, I contacted the manager, who handled the situation professionally. He arranged reserved beach beds for us every day, made sure we received clean towels, and genuinely tried to improve our experience. We also decided to upgrade our room to one with a better view, which made our stay much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the manager’s efforts because he really turned the experience around. One thing to keep in mind is the location. Cam Ranh is quite far from Nha Trang city—about a 35-40 minute taxi ride each way. While there are a few local seafood restaurants nearby, you’ll need to budget for transportation if you plan to visit Nha Trang or its attractions. Cam Ranh itself is still developing, and there is a lot of construction along the coastline. Overall, while we enjoyed the beautiful beach and appreciated the excellent service from the manager, I don’t feel the resort offers good value for the price. If you’re considering staying here, I would recommend booking a room with a sea view and being prepared for the extra costs and the resort’s location. For us, it simply wasn’t the five-star experience we were expecting."

"Around 9 PM on the day of check-in, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, the front desk suddenly told me I was overbooked? They asked me to cancel and find another hotel? But same-day cancellations are non-refundable, who's responsible? I had to call Trip.com customer service, and in less than 10 minutes, the front desk arranged this double room for me. Originally, I booked a double room, but considering I had an early flight the next day and needed to check out, I figured having a place to stay was enough. I will never book any hotel in the Arena area again. I booked four nights in five days at different hotels, but the front desk was the same one each time. I also encountered two nights where they arranged two single beds for me, even though I paid for a double room."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We stayed for two nights, booking it because of its proximity to the airport, which was super convenient for an early flight. The grounds are huge, green, and incredibly well-maintained. What was surprising – it was late June, peak season – but it felt like there were very few people around. Mostly Koreans, maybe some Thais, and very few Russians. The pool was practically always empty, and the beach wasn't crowded either. Overall, it was very comfortable. We only encountered other guests at breakfast, and even then, everything was organized to perfection. It's clear the hotel is new and lives up to its five-star rating. Our room was incredibly luxurious, very thoughtfully designed, and comfortable. The bed is a work of art in itself! We had two single beds, each probably 1.5 meters wide, with incredibly comfortable mattresses and duvets. Everything in the room, from the color of the light bulbs to the toiletries and towels, was meticulously thought out. It genuinely delivered on its five-star promise; it was a real pleasure to stay there. Prices at the bar are quite high, plus there's a tax added to the bill – something we didn't factor in. We only had breakfast, which was good, hearty, served in a cool area, and offered a great abundance of fruits and fresh juices – that was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is definitely designed for families with children: there's a small kiddie pool and a huge area for running and playing. The sea is quite shallow; you can walk out about 300 meters, and it will still only be waist-deep. However, the sea is incredibly warm, unlike where we'd stayed on Hon Island, which was colder. It's no wonder you can see the island all day; because it's so shallow, the sea is unbelievably warm, clear, and has a color like the Maldives. So, for those with kids, it would probably be ideal. For us, it was a little uncomfortable because no matter how far we walked out, it was still only waist-deep, making swimming not very convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful, quiet getaway if you're looking for solitude, beauty, and excellent service. Getting to Nha Trang city center is quite expensive: a Grab ride there costs around 400,000 VND, and returning is about 600,000 VND. We went twice, so the cost was pretty consistent on different days. If you plan on visiting the center frequently, be sure to budget for taxi fares."
