Bali Hotels with Jacuzzi

"I was pleasantly surprised to see such a beautiful sunset from the 5th floor of the hotel, and they even offered a welcome drink. I definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was also excellent; I especially enjoyed their congee and noodles."

"Great resort beach hotel without being too costly! Friendly atmosphere amongst other travellers, beautiful buffet breakfast with an array of options including swapping days with different things!  Staff were incredible, service was really quick. We will be back!  2 different pools for families and adults, feeding fish in the mornings and afternoons, feeding of squirrels to which the kids love! Big enough resort to not feel so busy and quiet at night!"

"Nice hotel with all necessary facilities. 10 min ride by bike to Canggu main streets. There is a nice pool bar on the top floor. But the quality of tap water was really bad( it was too smelly)"

"The view, oh my god, it's just top-notch! 😍 Like something out of a movie. Waking up at dawn and seeing such beauty, wow. The staff are super polite, kind, and responsive. They explained everything, told us everything, and answered all our questions. Wow, the ladies at the reception, how can they be so sweet? The room is delightful. The bed, the swing, the view, the bathtub, the dryer, the shower, the water... But there's no fridge, just so you know if you bring your own. The temperature at night is super comfortable. There's a communal pool, more for photos than for swimming. Breakfast has a beautiful view, and it looks pretty, but it's tasteless. If you're willing to walk up to the main street, there are tons of cafes with huge menus and great options. Minuses: Flies. But you can't escape them there; they're in all the hotels, all the cafes. It's especially due to the nearby lava fields and sulfur, though it doesn't smell. There are a lot of them, especially at breakfast. They become fewer after sunset. The most important thing is the descent to the hotel and the ascent back up. The road is such that taxi drivers won't agree to go there, though for Russia, it's normal. 😉 The price includes a ride down to the hotel in an SUV upon check-in and an ascent to the main road upon check-out (from where you can easily call a taxi and leave, and also leave your moped in their parking lot). But if you want to go up from the hotel to the road at any other time, their shuttle costs 200k! 😱 Out of principle 🤣 and because it's impossible to call a taxi there (they'll refuse to go down), we walked up – it's not as scary as it might seem, but it takes about 30 minutes. The hotel offers night trekking to the volcano or a jeep tour. The price seems higher than the market rate, but it's very convenient 👍 when everything is together. I think it would be hard to live in those small 'onion' and 'potato' shaped rooms, but I didn't go inside; I just walked around the grounds – it's beautiful. It seems like they melt in the sun during the day."

"The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom with the shower was also large. However, the service was very subpar. As a solo female traveler with two suitcases, one of which was large, the staff member just left it in the middle of the doorway. I was waiting for a car right by the door, maybe a meter away. There were also many electric scooters right outside, and when I tried to bring my luggage in, they were blocking the way, and no one offered to help, even though the road was very close. The room slippers weren't disposable; they were those thong-style sandals that others had clearly worn, so I didn't use them. That was very inconvenient. There wasn't even soap or hand wash, which I needed to wash my hands before putting in my contact lenses. I really minded that. The door was very close to the pool, and there was absolutely no soundproofing. There was a group of men smoking right outside, and as a solo woman, I didn't feel very safe. The service also lacked any proper procedure. It was terrible. I will never stay at this hotel again in my life. Locking the door with the key was also inconvenient; you had to align both doors perfectly and force them together, which wasted so much of my time and effort. I've never encountered such an issue anywhere else I've stayed. The environment itself was decent, but everything else was bad. The electric kettle was very dirty, so I ended up going out to buy water. I will never come back here again. I'd rather pay a bit more for a much better experience. Also, the pool was deep, and I can only swim in shallow areas, which wasn't accommodating for me. I will never return. This was the worst experience I've had in 10 days. Kuta is really commercial, expensive, and has terrible service. Other areas are much more friendly and service-oriented."

"Excellent hotel that is well located in Sanur. Beautiful and clean pool full length of the building. Staff were amazing and really friendly. Very clean room with really comfy and large bed, we even had a jacuzzi on the balcony. Probably the best hotel breakfast we have had with many fresh to order options."

"Originally, I was scheduled to stay in the Oka Suite for 5 days. It had a bathtub and was very reasonably priced. However, the bathtub stopper was broken, so I couldn't enjoy it at all. I struggled with it for two hours, but finally gave up and told the hotel staff the next day. It seemed that it was broken from the start, and I was honestly considering canceling. However, thanks to the owner's kindness, I was upgraded to the Ellena Resort. The bathtub was very nice and the location was excellent. However, there isn't much around, so you'll need Grab Food or you can take a 10-minute bike ride to a convenience store, restaurant, or cafe. However, they charge a service fee, so Grab Food is recommended. If you're with family, you can also have breakfast at the hotel. I wanted to eat something that suited my physical condition, so I used Grab Food. The hotel staff were very friendly, but at night, since I was directly below the reception, the sound of chairs being pulled was a bit bothersome. There was also a staff room right in front of me, so the smell of cigarette smoke was constant. That was the only downside, but I think it's a very nice place."

The interior design is elegant and refined, and the rooms are absolutely beautiful spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-end details that create a true sense of calm and indulgence. One of the highlights of the stay was the yoga classes with a breathtaking sea view. Practicing yoga while overlooking the ocean was an unforgettable experience. Relaxing near the water afterward made it even more special. The food deserves special praise. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional, with delicious, high-quality dishes and a wide variety of options. Every meal felt like a culinary experience. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. The entire team operates like one big family warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality elevates the whole experience to another level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quiet luxury, exceptional service, and total relaxation."

"We love their warm welcome with smiling face always even we checked in in the evening time. They helped us checked in smoothly and carried our luggages upstairs. They served delicious buffet every morning just beside a swimming pool with the breezy wind and warming sun. We love our stay here."
