"Staff were great. Everybody is really polite and helpful. For one night, the price is really feasible. We stayed here due to its location to the airport, but you need to take a taxi to get there. The ride is around 5 min, and 35 min if you choose to walk. You can call the driver from Grab and the cheapest option is about 140000 Rupiahs. Our biggest recommendation is for hygiene. There is a need to renew (not wash) some of the items such as towels and bed sheets."

"This was my third stay at Aryaduta Bali, and I can confidently say that I absolutely love this hotel. In fact, I’ll be returning again at the end of August for my fourth stay, which speaks volumes about how much I enjoy being here. One of the things I love most about the property is its spaciousness. The rooms are generously sized, and the bathroom is exceptionally spacious, making every stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The room itself has a very calm, zen-like atmosphere that instantly helps you unwind after a day out. The location in Kuta is another huge advantage. There is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and conveniences nearby, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat when you return to the hotel. A special mention goes to the reception team, who are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. During this stay, I was travelling alone, and the staff kindly offered to assist me with my luggage, which I truly appreciated. Their hospitality consistently makes guests feel valued and cared for. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The room was cleaned promptly each day, and all amenities were replenished without fail. It is clear that the team pays great attention to guest comfort and detail. I also adore the hotel’s facilities, especially the beautiful pool area. The gardens, daybeds, and thoughtfully designed spaces around the property create a serene and relaxing environment. Everything feels carefully planned to provide guests with a sense of calm and escape. Breakfast was enjoyable as well. The cheesy omelette was one of my favourites, and the Indomie was absolutely delicious. A big shout-out to the chefs for preparing such satisfying dishes every morning. Overall, Aryaduta Bali has become one of my favourite hotels, and every stay has been a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and consistency. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in August!"

"When we first got to our room, unfortunately the air con was broken with water all over the floor, the staff came and mopped it up and left a bucket to catch the water, as we went to shower we noticed the towels were stained and ripped, 3 hours after we had checked in, we were told we had been complimentary upgraded! Which was amazing, the staff took our stuff to our new room, and we had a huge suite which was 10x better than the room before clean towels, cleaner area,a separate kitchen area to the bedroom and was 50Sqf in all. The Staff were so lovely and kind and really turned the unfortunate vibe of what we had checked into around! Location wise, there was not much within walking distance however the hotel offers bikes to rent for cheap to head into the busier part of seminyak."

"Stayed in the family room for 13 nights with my husband, with breakfast included. Plenty of space to move around, Very clean. Great aircon 2 in the room. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good plenty of options to choose from. Booked a standard room on last day due to late flight. It was a lot smaller only enough room to walk around the bed. Very clean and cosy if your only there to sleep. Water pressure is great. Only downside theres no pool. At $36 a night for family room and $19 a night for standard and $4.50 for breakfast its a fantastic budget option. Will probably stay again. 15mins walk to kuta beach, 10mins to Legion, 15mins walk to Trans studio was great."

"The hotel is spacious, cool, and comfortable, with great service and facilities. The room is large with a balcony, and also very comfortable. It has a vintage modern vibe. It's only about a 12-minute drive to the airport, and the location is strategic."

"My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights, and while we had some challenges, the staff made a huge difference. The Good: • Mr. Deta: A massive thank you to Mr. Deta for his incredible hospitality. He was so friendly and supportive throughout our entire stay! • The Rooftop: The absolute highlight. It’s a fantastic place to chill, grab a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere. The Not-So-Good: • The Facilities: The gym is very small—fine for a quick stretch, but not much else. • Weather/Maintenance: It rained almost every day, and unfortunately, rainwater leaked through our window and onto the floor. It made the room quite uncomfortable for a while. The Recovery: The hotel team was professional about the leak. They moved us to a different room for our final night, which we really appreciated. Summary: A great spot for the social vibe and the service, but the building could use some maintenance to handle the heavy rain better!"

"The hotel location is Ok.. Family friendly.. Staff are exceptionally helpful and good.. But the hotel is Run down.. The room we were allocated..did not have hotwater fro 4 days out of 5 days we stayed... But the staff did bring in buckets of water for our need.. Not ideal..there is no shuttle from the hotel to anywhere... Their lift is down and have to climb lots of steps.. Their kitchen is not operational..so no food at the hotel ..but there are good eating places around within20 mins walking distance.. Although not ideal.. OK. Special mention to staff.. Amir, Azeem and Dewi...they are very good and helpful."

"A truly wonderful villa, brand new! The cleanliness is exemplary, there's a wonderful pool, well-maintained grounds, and the staff is friendly. If you're hesitant because of the small number of reviews (like me), rest assured, it's a fantastic place, and almost perfect for the price."

"Honest review of Truntum Kuta (formerly Grand Inna Kuta) I stayed at Truntum Kuta recently and while the location is unbeatable (right on Kuta Beach) the hotel is clearly showing its age and could really benefit from a major renovation soon to keep up with newer competitors nearby. The positives: • The rooms are quite clean and surprisingly quite spacious. • Good size for relaxing or even light work. Areas that need attention: • The air conditioning is old and struggled at times. It was just adequate on good days but would randomly stop cooling properly, which was uncomfortable in the Bali heat. • Overall, the property feels dated. Furniture, fixtures, and some common areas look tired and would benefit from an update. If you’re mainly looking for a prime beachfront spot in central Kuta and don’t mind older facilities, this could still work, especially if you get a good rate. But for the same price range, there are fresher options around that might offer better comfort. Hope management invests in refreshing the place — it has great potential given its fantastic location!"

"I arrived late after my flight, so this was the perfect place to stay. I absolutely love this style of pod accommodation — it’s honestly one of my favourite types of places to stay. I slept so well here. The staff were really friendly, the showers and toilets were clean, and there was space to store luggage safely. I would definitely stay here again."
