"This hotel is very beautiful. Hidden in the tropical rainforest surrounded by rice paddies. It’s a little bit further out from central Ubud but I rented a motorbike and parked i at the hotel. The bath was great. The pool and restaurant was fantastic. The onsite Indian restaurant was phenomenal."

"This was a really great place to stay. It's located in the heart of Seminyak, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants like Ku De Ta. The room was spacious, and although the pool was a bit chilly, we still enjoyed it. When we had early morning tours, they brought breakfast to our room earlier than usual, and I was personally satisfied with the wide variety of options. The staff were also very kind. It's unavoidable, but there were some mosquitoes in the room. However, it was within an acceptable range (just one flying around the room). The restaurant within the villa was a bit pricey. The spa was decent, but the service was very meticulous, and overall I was quite satisfied. I'd definitely want to go back."

"This is one of those hotels you just want to return to. Over six days, we never once felt like we were missing anything. On the contrary, every day we discovered something new, and we really didn't want to leave. The most striking impression was the level of service. They truly surround you with care from the moment you check in until you check out. It was incredibly convenient that we could communicate with staff via WhatsApp: we ordered room service, used the laundry, booked activities, and any question was resolved quickly. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. We loved the eco-friendly approach: the hotel has its own garden where children can walk around, plant and care for plants, make crafts from natural materials, and participate in various creative activities. The club itself is very clean, well-equipped, and the educators are incredibly kind and attentive. Besides that, there’s a real, small mini-zoo on the premises. Every day we went to see the animals: there are deer, goats, rabbits, birds, an otter, and other inhabitants. The deer impressed the children the most. You can also go fishing. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. The pool with a jungle view is one of the most memorable spots, where we wanted to spend time every day. The food also left an excellent impression. Breakfasts were very diverse. A personal discovery for me was the coconut vegan yogurts – so delicious that I ate them every morning. And when we left in the middle of the night to catch the sunrise at Mount Batur, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Over the six days, we still didn't manage to try everything the hotel has to offer. There are so many activities for adults and children that you could easily spend your entire vacation here without hardly leaving the property. The only thing to consider is that the hotel is located not in the center of Ubud, but closer to Kintamani. For us, this was actually an advantage – it's quiet all around, with fresh air and a feeling of complete unity with nature. There's a free shuttle several times a day to the center, so getting there isn't difficult. Due to its elevated location, it's cooler here in the mornings and evenings than in Ubud itself, so I recommend bringing a light sweater."

During our stay, there were some unfortunate incidents: cigarette smoke entered our room, and a hair was found in the food at breakfast. However, in both cases, the staff responded very promptly and with genuine care. The room change was handled quickly, and regarding the breakfast issue, they sincerely apologized and showed a strong commitment to improvement. I believe that what truly matters in travel is not whether problems never occur, but rather how they are resolved when they do. In that regard, the service at this hotel was truly impressive. Thanks to the warm smiles and kindness of the staff, the good memories far outweighed the inconveniences. "This resort-style hotel truly has it all when it comes to dining, entertainment, and amenities. From recreational facilities and an indoor pool to a private beach and buffet restaurants, everything you could want is right here. The 'all-inclusive' in the hotel's name means that for an additional fee, you get unlimited access to the hotel's various buffet restaurants throughout the day. If you opt for the all-inclusive package, you essentially won't need to leave the hotel at all during your stay. The hotel attracts a lot of foreign guests, mostly vacationers who seem to stay for extended periods. During our two-day stay, we were the only two Chinese guests in the entire hotel – the breakfast staff recognized us instantly! 😂 The rooms are large and comfortable, each with its own balcony. The hotel service is genuinely excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety. While the hotel does show its age a bit, with some facilities looking a little dated, it doesn't detract from the overall experience."

"Excellent hotel. The grounds aren't huge, but they're very well-maintained. There's an infinity pool with ocean views and a lazy river (a huge bonus!). The rooms are spacious and very cozy, with a large balcony. The bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. There's one restaurant, overlooking the pool. Breakfasts are à la carte, interesting, and varied. We particularly enjoyed having dinner at the restaurant. The cleaning is excellent, and the staff are very attentive. The only thing we didn't like was the beach directly in front of and next to the hotel: it was dirty, and you shouldn't go into the water without special shoes (corals). The tides were also very pronounced, making it practically impossible to swim."

"Good hotels, but needed refurbishment soon. One of the room assigned to our group was not very good condition anymore, slidding door with broken lock and hard to open/close, phone line was not connected well, furniture was worn out and feels outdated with all interior. We had booked 2 rooms and requested on king size bed in both rooms but they were located very far from each other. They should have at least given us the option to take the room or preferred closer to each other with different bed type. They told us that we were upgraded to the room with pool access, but we feel like being downgraded with out of service room. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast service. It has a great varieties, freshly prepared dishes, pleasant and relaxing ambiance, and fresh local fruit was incredible. We love the pool too, good design and very well maintain, so many choices of pool for different age group and activities, great crowds at the pool bar area, and good number of sun lounges. The stay is still memorable to our family. Recommended"
