"I had a pleasant stay at Stark Boutique Hotel during my trip. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety to start the day. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax after going out. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is also very convenient — there is a mall nearby and many marts and souvenir shops around the area. It was easy to grab snacks or buy souvenirs if we missed anything earlier. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a good location, friendly service, and nice breakfast. I would recommend it to travelers visiting the area."

A big thank you to Dinda at the reception for the warm welcome from check-in to check-out, she always brought such positive vibes with her smile There still a bit of room for improvement in the room service and restaurant, and it would be great if guest requests could be handled a bit more carefully and in detail. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget friendly place to stay in Bali!"

"Better than Hilton Garden Inns back home in China. The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel facilities are great, especially the huge swimming pool. The restaurant is open all day, and the gym is genuinely spacious. The only minor downside is that the spa is no longer available."

"The hotel was great, the reception could have been better but it’s alright. I loved all the lights in the room. The room was so beautiful. Bathroom is a bit smaller than I expected. Overall, it’s not bad at all. That room was so pretty. The staff is very kind too. Thank you."

"The hotel location is Ok.. Family friendly.. Staff are exceptionally helpful and good.. But the hotel is Run down.. The room we were allocated..did not have hotwater fro 4 days out of 5 days we stayed... But the staff did bring in buckets of water for our need.. Not ideal..there is no shuttle from the hotel to anywhere... Their lift is down and have to climb lots of steps.. Their kitchen is not operational..so no food at the hotel ..but there are good eating places around within20 mins walking distance.. Although not ideal.. OK. Special mention to staff.. Amir, Azeem and Dewi...they are very good and helpful."

"”ada harga, ada kualitas” watch out for these things before booking a room first of all the hotel itself is just okay at best. location wise, it is great, there is a convenience store nearby and parking was always available when i came. staff was kind, responsive, and hospitable. the lift wasn't functioning properly at times, but fortunately i wasn't met with any significant troubles. the room size is quite spacious, air conditioning was good, there was hot water available at all times, towels were always clean and changed. other bathroom amenities only included toothbrush and toothpaste. the bed was comfortable and the room was well lit with yellow-coloured small lights (i hate large overhead white fluorescent lights, so this was very pleasing) i had several issues with the hotel. 1. the walls are quite thin, you could always hear conversations in the hallway and people coming in and out of their rooms all the time. you could mistake a door knock of your neighbours as yours. 2. random stains on the bedsheets 3. the wifi is very slow and internet is really bad (i use XL), for someone who is working remotely, this was quite frustrating 4. the hairdryer they provide doesn't function as good as i needed it to be. there was barely any hot air coming out of it and the air strength is quite weak. i recommend bringing your own hairdryer if you have long hair and prefer drying your hair quickly 5. room door uses a lock system which works. however the manual lock that is attached to it does not. as someone who likes extra security, this was a bit frustrating but at least the main smart lock works properly despite me listing down multiple issues, this was only a personal experience of mine. the quality of the hotel matches up with its price. nevertheless my stay was safe and i had a good stay."

"Pro : Location : Really good in Berawa, lots resturant and cafe next door.. Staff: perfect , very attentive Room : Room are New with nice decorations. Bed and Pillows are very comfy. 4 bottle of water provided. Bathroom amenities are good.Btw, bathroom room step can be an issue for elder, high step to get into the bathroom ! Check in / check out during busy hour might take a bit long as only 2 guest service counter .. but the staff try to manage ad fast as they can. Cons: stayed in bld C , we can smell food in the room from butcher shop in G floor in the evening ... not sure why .."

"Overall is a good stay for the bargain price I received from Trip. the people at the hotel was good, not as much with the restaurant in the rooftop at the beginning of, perhaps they just think I would run off without paying. :-) they are fine eventually when they saw I regularly there in the afternoon to chill with a coffee. Best part is the rooftop garden, though food better at the front restaurant. Worst part is the room has no window, for someone like me it feels like I had been into an underground bunker with wonderful place to sleep. The alleyway smells of smoke of cigarette, I guess some people insisted to smoke in the corridor eventhoug it said no smoking floor. the water was not hot or the heater didn't work the first night I was there, although it then work.  over all, great place to rest at night or when you are tired as you definitely not able to hear anything as the door closed, but the rooftop is extraordinaire for sunset and afternoon chiils and the life music in the front restaurant were amazing."

"Everything was perfect during our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Bali! 🌴☀️ The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help anytime. One thing that really impressed us: Yesterday my son accidentally dropped his sunglasses somewhere in the hotel. To our surprise, the team managed to find it and returned it to us today. 😄🕶️ Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff here. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out until 3PM as a one-time benefit after registering for their Unity Membership. We changed rooms around 12PM to another room, so the extra few hours made the transition much more comfortable and relaxing for our family. ❤️ Another nice surprise was: 📸 one complimentary paparazzi-style photography session in front of the iconic Hard Rock guitar 🎸 The hotel atmosphere is great for families, the location is convenient, and the overall experience has been very enjoyable so far. Thank you Hard Rock Hotel Bali for making our family trip even more memorable!"
