Siem Reap Hotels with Jacuzzi

"The place is very clean and well-maintained—everything was spotless and organized. The room and common areas were kept in excellent condition, which made the stay very comfortable. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning was not as cold as I would have preferred. However, the extra fan provided in the room helped a lot and made the temperature comfortable enough. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail made up for the issue with the AC, and I had a pleasant experience."

"We stayed at Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa for a week and overall had a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around Siem Reap. We had a spacious room on the 4th floor overlooking the inner courtyard and pool. Nights were generally quiet, with only occasional noise coming from neighboring rooms. Breakfast was a buffet. It was okay, but not something we looked forward to every day. We also had dinner at the hotel once and found the food fairly average. On the positive side, the facilities are great: a nice swimming pool, a large gym, and an on-site spa where we had a very good massage. Housekeeping was done daily and the room was always clean. A few things could be improved, especially for guests who need to work: there wasn’t a proper desk for a laptop, the power outlets were inconveniently placed, and the armchairs weren’t comfortable (the cushions kept sliding). Also, moto-rickshaw drivers often waited outside the entrance and were quite persistent, which became tiring after a few days. Good value for the location and amenities, but it could be more comfortable for working and dining."

"The hotel is very nice designed, with great location! 5 min from the old market and pub street. The staff were very nice and helpful in any time i needed. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable mattress. One thing is that the toilet sit was smaller that the toilet size and it was a little not comfortable. And in the shower the upper head shower was very old and rusty, and there was no adjustable head shower. Over all i will definitely recommend going there!"

"Very happy with the hotel in general. Lovely location a bit more on the local side of town but with easy access to areas with plenty of travelers friendly options. Staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel itself is cute and has a nice atmosphere, although - and it is normal for the price- amenities feel a little on the simpler side. Room was comfortable enough but a little damp smelling. Terrace with  with swimming pool view was lovely. The only downside was the hotel breakfast which was frankly just not good food. It does the job and has various options, egg bar etc so go for it if convenience comes first. I’d rather eat good for a couple more usds in the street. Still very much recommend the place."

"The first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable. I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel. The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible. As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better. I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation. The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful."

"Generally, very nice hotel of classic interior with a hint of vintage entourage in addition to cozy village-like garden where one can find chicken and iguanas. Personnel is helpful and friendly like all Cambodians. Special thanks to the invited masseuse. The massage has compensated not functioning jacuzzi and sauna. The only disappointing aspect was the breakfast. Limited options of food and drinks. Although in case you’re a fan of rice, noodles, and soy processed meat, you’d definitely find yourself satisfied."

"A wonderful hotel in Siem Reap! the people were amazing, the services were lovely. My room was a little odd (sliding door, no automatic lock) but I got to see the other rooms and they were lovely."

"The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful location. It’s still within reasonable walking distance from Pub Street. It’s in an alleyway so it can be hard to find at first. There’s no elevator and the AC in the room was not very good at all. I stayed in the King Suite with balcony and had to downgrade without refund to King Deluxe room after the first night since the AC was not cooling the room at all. The staff behaviour is good and very helpful. They are very polite and honest. The property could use some much needed upgrades but it’s not bad overall."

"A pleasant stay experience at Amber Angkor Hotel because the staff is friendly, the room is spacious and clean. even though it is small and a little old but all the facilities are complete. the food is also delicious. there is a swimming pool that can relax in the hot weather. the location is very close to everywhere. from the shuttle bus station that has been moved, you can walk about 15 minutes. to the street pub is a leisurely 10 minutes walk. it is ideal for anywhere."

"My friends and I stayed at this hotel. We were delighted to be warmly welcomed immediately upon arrival. Every time we left and returned, the reception and bar staff would greet us, and everyone was genuinely kind and friendly. We only had breakfast once, but it was luxurious yet just the right amount to start the day. While waiting for coffee, the manager even explained Angkor Wat tourism to us and shared a lot of valuable local information. The room was spacious and perfectly comfortable for three people. However, on the night of our departure, I woke up with an intense itch on my legs and found bites on my calves. I'm not sure if it happened at this hotel, but I saw another review mentioning mites, so I think it's worth checking the bedding area. Also, we booked a hotel massage, and the therapist came to our room for the treatment. To our surprise, the therapist got onto our bed. Honestly, having someone who had been working for over half a day get onto a clean bed before we even used it was beyond my personal hygiene comfort level and made me feel uneasy. Overall, it was a wonderful, quiet, and lovely hotel, but I would be happier if there were some improvements in terms of hygiene."
