"The hotel's location is good and parking is convenient. It has that classic old 5-star hotel vibe, but the room facilities are a bit dated, and it's not very soundproof. We booked two rooms but only received one welcome fruit plate. The shampoo and conditioner weren't replenished, and we had to call to get more. The staff service isn't particularly warm, just average. When I called ahead, a male staff member promised a free room upgrade if there was availability. However, upon check-in, even though there were clearly empty rooms, a female intern at the front desk said rooms were tight and an upgrade wasn't possible. Oh well, no big deal. The hotel breakfast is pretty good, with most of the local specialties available."

"Traveling to Fujian with my baby, the hotel is conveniently located right above a shopping mall, making it super easy to find food and drinks. It's also just a 15-minute drive to Sanfang Qixiang. We tried out Fuzhou's local 'three knives' clothing experience, and the 399 photo package was definitely worth it. Plus, the breakfast spread was really rich, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave a gift to my baby when we checked out! A huge thank you to Mia for upgrading our room and for all the thoughtful arrangements during our stay."

The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and the cleanliness was top-notch – no dust in any corners. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient. The hotel also has a lawn area outdoors, and on the 21st floor, there's a special 'Joyful Kids Camp' for family activities. It was lovely to take the kids for walks and play there in the mornings and evenings. Tina at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, proactively helping us store our luggage and recommending nearby kid-friendly attractions. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so our child slept soundly after a day of playing. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was stress-free. You can truly feel the hotel's dedication to families with children, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with kids."

Environment: The apartment is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Taxis are also very convenient, and there's a shopping mall nearby, so food and drinks are easily accessible. Service: The service was excellent, and the airport pick-up service was great; just contact the owner in advance. They also responded promptly to any issues. The room was very spacious and offered great value for money."
