"My stay was overall great, the room looked good and comfortably accommodated 3 persons with the bed, sofa bed area, the nice kitchen with a big fridge and appliances, and the bathroom was big and looked great. The staff were great and very accommodating, very friendly and helpful in every way. My only complaint would be the lack of insect control. I believe it’s due to the high door that insects can easily crawl under and get inside. Numerous small insects, mosquitoes and even a small lizard at one point were found in the room (compliments to the male front desk worker who came and tried helping to remove the lizard that night). Also cobwebs and dust (minimal) in the ceiling and on the surfaces of high appliances respectively. Seems as though the room I got hadn’t been used in awhile. But overall a wonderful stay."

"Review: Los Corales Village Punta Cana - Original -is a wonderful place to stay with direct access to the beach,The houses are clean, comfortable, and located very close to the beach. Everything works perfectly, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The breakfast is tasty, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. Special thanks to Rosa, the property manager, for her kindness and great service. Definitely will come again!"

"We were hosted at the hotel Bakour and our experience was absolutely exceptional. Since we arrived, the staff made us feel like at home. The attention was of high quality, familiar and extremely careful. They were always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The reception was particularly highly high thanks to Kimberly's friendlyness and efficiency, who greeted us every day and kept us informed about the activities of the hotel. Your personalized attention and your willingness to help us at any time were essential for our stay. But what really loved us was the staff's attitude in general. From Manuel, the tours seller who became a friend and made us several gifts without commit, even the bar and buffet boys, such as Jazmín and Joan, who were always attentive and kind. Even Junior, who worked at night, was extremely social and made us feel part of the family. We were very happy to have a nice and comfortable room, and we were very happy to have a nice room. "This was an excellent stay. It’s not near the downtown area nor walkable outside resort. You’ll need transportation to leave the resort. We were a couple and it was very nice even though it wasn’t adults only. There was alot of live entertainment at night to keep you busy. We didn’t need to leave the resort and was just fine walking to the beach and going to the pool area. The food was just great. I ate a lot but it seemed more healthy than food in US. I loved the assor**ent of fruits and vegetables. We did a spa trea**ent as well. The entertainment was well planned and set up so that there is something different every night. I have no complaints. Next time we come we’ll try an adults only resort."

"The owner, Marco was a life saver! He knows everyone in town and directed me to the services I needed, such as mobile Internet. One of the staff there named Victor was a great help for me in town with translations and even helped me carry groceries. They have a restaurant with awesome food. It’s just a block away from the beach. They are basic, not so fancy, but everything I needed. Most of all they have a great staff, helpful… and that goes a long ways with me."
