"The price is not very high and the environment is ok. There are two roads away from the sunset. The hotel has a free car to pick up and drop off. Ancillary services are okay, and pizza is just across the street. Can bring children. The room is small and not suitable for an extra bed. Toothbrush without toothpaste."

"The room has a very beautiful color scheme. The sea is just across the road from the window. The view is beautiful and not noisy at night. There is a small living room (with a sofa bed) and a kitchen. The kitchenware is complete and very practical. There is a free parking space and it is also close to the supermarket. It only costs a dozen dollars to take a taxi to popular attractions (such as Hemingway's former residence). The only problem is that the quilt at night is very thin, similar to a blanket, and it is a bit cold. You need to ask the hotel for an extra quilt. But overall, I am very satisfied and I will probably come again next time."

"Very typical American breakfast, very simple. But hot water is available. An extra bed should not be possible, the room is a bit narrow, but the location is very good, you can walk around the main attractions in 12-25 minutes. It’s the house by the sea, so it’s trendy... Its home is a kind of homestay style, there are six parking spaces at the entrance, and the others have a parking lot at the crossing."

"This is a very cute mini inn. On white road, not far from Hemingway's former residence, lighthouse, Western Reef Cemetery, Duval Street. The room was lovely and there was a mini pool (similar to a jacuzzi) The artist room faces the street, and there are motorcycles blowing the street at night, and there is unavoidable noise. The ”Hemingway House” should be better. Breakfast is very simple, all bought now. Don't expect too much. (Last picture) Parking is free, very good. Overall very satisfied."

"Great place to stay for escape room lovers… Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room. Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50. Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff. Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort. Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day. Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions."

"Traveling during the Christmas New Year, the price is a bit expensive, but the room is still very comfortable, the sofa bed is open to a double bed, suitable for families of 3-4 people. The environment is very good, there is a terrace. Parking spaces near the peak season are difficult to find. You must pay special attention to the parking spaces of local residents. There is a residence written on the ground."

"The hotel atmosphere and facilities were overall very pleasing. The hotel shuttle bus to Key West downtown runs every hour, and there were various additional facilities such as kayaking, paddling, bicycle activities, and yoga classes, which was nice. The activity staff were all friendly, so the kids had a great time doing the activities. The swimming pool and children's playground were also great. The atmosphere of the restaurant and bar in the hotel and the price were good. The staff were also very friendly. However, the check-in was very late because it was the peak season of Christmas. However, I was very upset by the attitude of the front desk staff. I tried to understand that the check-in was late (I had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes based on the check-in time...), but they assigned me a completely different room instead of the one I had reserved. When I called to say that the room was assigned incorrectly, they just told me to come back to the front desk and change the room key card. Without even a word of apology. Because the check-in was late, I rested a little in the room, and my schedule for sightseeing was all messed up.. There was no place to rest while waiting, so I went sightseeing and checked in once, and since they let me check in late, I visited the front desk twice to get the room key.. I went to the front desk a third time to exchange the room key because the room was assigned incorrectly.. I was so tired, both physically and mentally.. I just thought that this was the kind of service they had, but they were busy, so what could they do? When I told them that I was upset with their service, they finally apologized. Except for the front desk staff, the other staff members were so kind that I just let it go, but I think the staff members at the front desk are the face of the hotel. It's definitely a good hotel, but the front desk staff's service was the worst of all the places I've been to. I think this definitely needs to be improved."

"This was an awesome experience. Hotel was nice and quaint. Only thing I didn't like was we didn't have anyplace to hang our clothes up or put things away. Near Duval street and downtown. Pool area was well kept. Staff was very friendly. If I stay for longer than one night I will definitely look into a bigger room. Close to beaches, shops, dining. I would stay again for the price it was worth while."
