"The price is not very high and the environment is ok. There are two roads away from the sunset. The hotel has a free car to pick up and drop off. Ancillary services are okay, and pizza is just across the street. Can bring children. The room is small and not suitable for an extra bed. Toothbrush without toothpaste."

"The hotel is very satisfied and meets the name of the Garden Hotel. The front desk service is very good, with you explaining one by one. is that there are fewer breakfast options, and it is recommended to have pictures for people with language barriers. For example, there are four practices for eggs, and I don't understand them at all."

"This is a very cute mini inn. On white road, not far from Hemingway's former residence, lighthouse, Western Reef Cemetery, Duval Street. The room was lovely and there was a mini pool (similar to a jacuzzi) The artist room faces the street, and there are motorcycles blowing the street at night, and there is unavoidable noise. The ”Hemingway House” should be better. Breakfast is very simple, all bought now. Don't expect too much. (Last picture) Parking is free, very good. Overall very satisfied."

"It’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$"

"Traveling during the Christmas New Year, the price is a bit expensive, but the room is still very comfortable, the sofa bed is open to a double bed, suitable for families of 3-4 people. The environment is very good, there is a terrace. Parking spaces near the peak season are difficult to find. You must pay special attention to the parking spaces of local residents. There is a residence written on the ground."

"Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away. The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool. When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter. The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks. Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum. "

"Very typical American breakfast, very simple. But hot water is available. An extra bed should not be possible, the room is a bit narrow, but the location is very good, you can walk around the main attractions in 12-25 minutes. It’s the house by the sea, so it’s trendy... Its home is a kind of homestay style, there are six parking spaces at the entrance, and the others have a parking lot at the crossing."
