Facilities: Very comprehensive. There's a laundry room with a dryer on the 8th floor, and they even help hang up clothes to air dry after they're done! Cleanliness: Excellent! If there was any trash, they'd come right away when I called. Environment: Very quiet. Service: Extremely responsive to all requests!

We stayed at Yulinlin for our final few nights in Kunming and overall had a pleasant experience. The reception team was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our driver had difficulty locating the entrance upon arrival, and the staff kindly came down to receive us and assist with our luggage. They also went the extra mile by helping us collect our Taobao parcels from nearby lockers when the delivery was not sent directly to the hotel. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It is located right beside Novotel, and we often used the Novotel lobby as our taxi pick-up point. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs, a large shopping mall just across the road, and plenty of food options within walking distance. The MRT station is literally at the doorstep and connects conveniently to the mall, which made getting around especially easy with young children. That said, housekeeping could be improved. Our Level 6 unit was not as clean as we had expected. The floor felt dusty upon arrival, and when we wiped it down ourselves, the cloth came back completely black. We also had to request that staff and cleaners remove their shoes before entering the apartment, which may simply be a difference in local practices and expectations. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and responsive service made for a comfortable stay, especially for families looking for convenience and easy access to transport, shopping, and dining options.

Ronny/Rinny at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful service, making the check-in process efficient and hassle-free! The KingKoil mattress in the room was just the right firmness, the Laifen hairdryer dried my hair quickly, and casting to the TV was smooth. Overall, the experience was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming. Full marks! Check-in was effortless, the front desk staff had a great attitude, and the room facilities were complete. The mattress was very comfortable, and both the hairdryer and screen casting worked perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommend it!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the overall experience was much better than I expected. The room was quite clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, which made for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. Overall, I had a great impression. This hotel is in a 6th floor of 17 story tower. Small hotel. Rooms are very large, equipped with fridge. Very nice view with a large window. Room is very clean- very good hot water pressure in shower. I arrived at Kunming Bus Station from Airport. DD ride for 10 RMB to the hotel. The front office staff is so kind and they go out of their way to assist the guest especially foreigner guest- they always booked DD ride for me (because I do not have China SIM card). They even order a few things from Tao Bao for me (I paid then in cash). On the ground level many restaurant and convenient stores. There is even a grocery store in the basement level. Excellent place to stay. Excellent place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

This stay at Atour Hotel Haoyue Tiandi was absolutely fantastic! ✨ 📍 Great Location Very close to Kunming Station, no need to rush out early for a taxi to catch your high-speed train. Right downstairs is the Haoyue Tiandi mall, with hotpot, Yunnan cuisine, and milk tea – everything you could want. Shopping, finding food, and buying souvenirs are all taken care of just by going downstairs. A lazy person's dream! 🏨 Stay Experience The hotel is on a high floor, offering expansive views and a quiet, peaceful environment. It features Atour's classic minimalist wood design – clean and refreshing. The bedding is as comfortable as ever, perfect for a good rest after a long day of travel. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with stable hot water, making for a great washing experience. The public area has the Zhuju Library, where you can quietly read in your spare time. There's also a self-service laundry room and a gym, essential for long trips! Front desk staff Zhixue, Yiyu, and Yibei provided warm and enthusiastic service.

I stayed here twice within one week 😊 and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is very clean and convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very responsible. I’d especially like to thank the front desk staff member who was on duty on the 25th. They helped me contact SF Express to arrange shipping my artwork back to my home country. Unfortunately, the shipping cost was very expensive, so I decided not to send it. Even so, the front desk staff were all very patient and helpful throughout the process. If you need anything, you can easily communicate with the staff via WeChat. The hotel is very close to Kunming Railway Station, and there’s a large shopping mall right across the street. Everything was wonderful.

The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city views, especially at night when the lights lit up the skyline, creating an incredible ambiance. The interior design was simple and elegant, with every detail meticulously cared for. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for peaceful, undisturbed moments of relaxation. Just outside, Wanda Plaza provided a one-stop shop for dining and shopping, and transportation to Kunming Station was very convenient. The apartment came with a complete set of disposable toiletries, and the attentive and detailed butler service ensured a completely hassle-free stay. It's an excellent choice for anyone looking for a long-term stay or a vacation in Kunming.

The staff are gentle and patient, and respond promptly to requests. The location is excellent, close to shopping districts and attractions, and very convenient for transport. The hot water supply is stable, the air conditioning works well for both cooling and heating, and the facilities are well-maintained. The price is affordable. Overall, it was a great stay with no disappointments, and definitely worth returning to. Mainly, it was clean, and the service attitude was incredibly, unbelievably good.
