Great Hotel and great experience. I want to highlight some key points. The hotel charges a tourist fee of about 15 AED at check-in. The breakfast was decent—some options, but not a huge variety, and the same every day. The nearest metro station is actually only a 10–15 minute walk, despite Google Maps showing an hour due to construction detours—so public transport is very accessible. Lastly, there is a shuttle service, but you need to register a day in advance. Overall, a solid stay with easy transit access!

Im a resident in Dubai and been to different hotel global brands! But this western hotel creek was not good. The reception hall is not good its like a motel. No interior design no chandelier the tv on the reception is not even on. The food is not good for international guests. Its like Indian food or african food. The swimming pool is dirty!! I didnt swim i just saw and observed the area Many problems, i got king instead of twin that i booked online. Had to go down. And then i received the same room key and other guests! Had to go down again to tell the receptionist. The good thing is only the creek view and dubai skyline burjkhalifa view. This is a 4 star hotel rating but it deserves a 3 star only.

The hotel is located near the old town, just a 5-minute walk to the metro. It's a 35-minute ride to Burj Khalifa and 1 hour 20 minutes to Marina Bay. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is predominantly Indian, so the shops and cafes in the area are quite vibrant and authentic to that culture. It can be noisy and crowded on the streets, but everything you need is available almost 24/7. The staff is very polite and attentive. Check-in and check-out were quick. Room service was good. I used their complimentary luggage storage service at the reception. I didn't opt for breakfast. The in-room Wi-Fi was fast. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, an accessible room (which essentially meant it was more spacious and comfortable). It was clean, tidy, and roomy. The room featured a large wardrobe, a cabinet by the entrance, a double bed, two nightstands, a desk, two chairs, a small table, a shelf, and a wall mirror. There was a large TV, a kettle, a refrigerator, plenty of power outlets, tissues, water, tea, and coffee. The lighting was good, and the light switches were convenient. The windows had thick curtains. The bathroom was huge and combined, with an accordion door, and fresh linen was provided. My main drawbacks were: 1. Poor soundproofing – even with the window closed, the street noise was unbearable. There seemed to be a dance club nearby, as low-frequency vibrations resonated through the walls late into the weekend nights (you couldn't hear it with your ears, but it definitely interfered with sleep). I was glad I was on the 4th floor. Interestingly, I stayed in a different room on the 4th floor of the same hotel a week prior, with windows facing an open courtyard, and it was significantly quieter there. 2. The air conditioning was practically unregulated – the room was incredibly, incredibly cold! I switched off the cooling right after checking in, but the background ventilation continued to cool the air (it blew directly on my feet). There was no heating mode. It was extremely uncomfortable – I couldn't walk barefoot and had to stay in warm clothes all the time. 3. No hairdryer – I'm used to blow-drying my long hair, but that wasn't an option here. This is a minor point, though. Overall, it's a very decent hotel for the price. I would gladly stay here again.

The supervisor attitude is very bud , upon check out he make me to wait for 20 minutes to come down to the reception that the small towel is black dirt i need to pay which I find is very disrespectful and unprofessional

Nice and clean hotel . located near the Al Ghubaiba metro station, Deira creek. The view was amazing so many restaurants nearby. Convenient for tourists exploring the nearby heritage town along the creek side and Ride the Abra( small boat ) for crossing the creek and cruise.

Excellent hotel location neer from alras metro station 2 minutes walk ,neer from gold souq,perfume souq and other useful places,wide rooms area with creek view, excellent room service the staff was very kind and co-operative they gave me bigger room than I have reserved without more payment .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Pearl Swiss Hotel from February 21 until March 12, and overall the hotel itself is very nice and deserving of its 4-star rating. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are generally welcoming. However, what truly made our stay incredible during a very difficult time was one person from the housekeeping department — Ajmer. Ajmer was extremely professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Despite the chaotic circumstances around us due to the war, he consistently went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His kindness and dedication made the situation much more bearable for us. Employees like Ajmer make a huge difference in the guest experience. The hotel management should truly recognize and promote him for the outstanding service he provides. Thank you, Ajmer, for your kindness and professionalism. You made a difficult time much easier for us

This hotel is less than 5 years old and right in the heart of the computer markets. Great for business travellers. A good thing is the entire hotel is no smoking except for an outdoor smoking area on the 3rd floor after the restaurant. 10mins to metro and Abra. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Well maintained swimming pool too.
