Excellent Hotel. The location is very convenient with a subway next to it, Orchard Rd for shopping and restaurants and plenty of shopping malls. The best of all is the rooftop Pool and the views. The bed is very comfortable and the room is super clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. We highly recommend it.

The location is excellent and very convenient. Everything is nearby, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made moving around extremely easy. The price is very affordable, especially considering the quality of the service and cleanliness, so it offers great value for money. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels fresh and comfortable with a pleasant, nice smell throughout the property. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile and making sure we felt welcome. What made my stay even more special was the birthday surprise. The staff kindly prepared a free birthday meal, ice cream, and even brought out a delicious cake with candles, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It truly made my day and showed how much they care about their guests. Another fun and unique feature was the robots, which were very interesting and added a modern, enjoyable touch to the experience. Overall, the service was outstanding, the environment was comfortable, and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

Overall good hotel, good location reasonable price would certainly come back! Pro: Well maintained room, good AC, comfortable bedding, strong shower; all basic amenities provided. Good room insulation also, very quite despite facing a highway... Only cons is the rooftop pool which is surrounded by too noisy AC motors and no pool towels are provided by hotel, so very unpleasant experience! However you can go up once just to look at SG skyline, quite nice view!

As a solo traveller coming to Singapore for 1 night transit, I was honestly quite happy with my stay here. At first I was a bit hesitant about booking a capsule with a shared bath, but the shared bathroom area was very clean and well maintained. The capsule was cozy and comfortable for a short stay, location was super convenient opposite Bugis MRT with a lot of food options. Felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay 👌

The location is good, in the middle of MRT Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset. Breakfast costs SGD25 per person but seems normal for the food. Room is clean and concise, suitable for family trip.

A Remarkable Stay at Orchard Hotel Singapore Check-in was seamless, and I was personally welcomed by the lovely Qui Yun. She was courteous, warm, and genuinely helpful. When I inquired about rooms with a bathtub, she promptly arranged a Premier room upgrade. A thoughtful touch that set the tone for my restful retreat. It was a much-needed solo retreat, peaceful, pleasant, and quiet. The Premier room offered the tranquility I craved, perfectly complemented by a sumptuous halal breakfast buffet. Highlights included the fragrant nasi lemak, comforting porridge, delectable dumplings, and an unexpectedly delightful creamed spinach. The toilet was immaculately clean and stocked with essential amenities (shampoo, bath gel, conditioner, shower cap, vanity kit, and toothbrushes.) The rainfall shower was sublime, with excellent water pressure and perfect temperature control. I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub. Situated in the heart of Orchard Road, the hotel’s location was perfect. With an abundance of malls and halal eateries just steps away, everything I needed was within easy reach. Checkout was a breeze, handled by Abby, another sweetheart whose warmth and efficiency made the end of my stay as pleasant as the beginning. I didn’t take any photos. I was so absorbed in enjoying my personal space. For authentic visuals, please refer to the hotel’s official photos and those shared by other reviewers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- However, i still feel there are room for improvements. I have a few thoughtful upgrades that I believe, could elevate the experience further, even for a five-star hotel. In-Room Water System: Instead of bottled water, a 24-hour in-room water filtration or dispenser would offer greater convenience and sustainability. Streaming Convenience: It would be more seamless if Chromecast and Netflix were readily available in-room without the need for deposits or extra steps. I opted not to use Chromecast because I already had Netflix on my phone and didn’t want the hassle. Bathrobes on Demand: Bathrobes should be readily available in all rooms to better reflect five-star expectations. -----------‐-------------------------------------------------------------------- Final Thoughts: Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, thanks to the thoughtful staff, serene setting, delicious breakfast, and unbeatable location. With a few refinements, especially an in-room water solution, streamlined streaming options, and readily available bathrobes, it would be absolutely flawless. I can’t wait to come back.

Came here for Xmas staycay with my family. Room is spacious with tub for kids to enjoy. Got some construction going on but didn’t affect our stay. Will revisit for sure! Hope to visit every Xmas

Everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The best part of this hotel is definitely the location — it was absolutely perfect. Everything was very close and convenient, including restaurants, shops, and main attractions, which made getting around very easy. A last minute decision for a 1 night staycation for 2 adults & 2 kids. Location: About 10-15mins walk away from Bugis MRT station. Lots of eateries and restaurants near by, very near to Haji lane for some unique shopping buys. Near Kampong Glam to enjoy the vibes. Hotel: 2 Small building, one main building with lobby and swimming pool of the 5th level, there is a small lift to bring you up. Another building with only rooms, no lift, and we stay on the 2nd level. There is a small swimming pool, but it was crowded, so we did not go swimming. Room: Room is big and spacious, the kids can really run while in the room. The bunk bed with the slide are their favourite. The bunk bed is big, could sleep 2 kids on 1 bed. The room also comes with a big bathtub. Cleanliness for the toilet and beds are good but the floor is a little dirty, with some hair strands around. There is capsule coffee and tea, as well as 4 bottles of water in the room. Basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shampoo and shower gel provided. They even includes bath salts if you want to soak in the bathtub. This is really a plus for us. Overall, an enjoyable stay, price is a little high and no breakfast included, but the kids love it, so no complains.
