Great location close to CBD but on a quiet street. About 10 min walk to kings cross station. Spacious room. Clean. Affordable parking.

The Korean manager is perfect. I’d like to give this place five stars mostly because of him. He saw we are a family of four and offered us an upgrade with low cost. The breakfast is really nice. Lots of options. The family room has three beds. A big bed and two small bed. And the room is really spacious. Perfect trip.

• Stayed at Ovolo Woolloomooloo and absolutely loved the experience overall • Service was genuinely excellent – warm, relaxed and very attentive without feeling over the top • Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from check-in to small day-to-day interactions • Our room was a real highlight: very stylish, modern and spread over two floors, which made it feel more like a loft than a hotel room • Interior design is bold, fun and a bit edgy – definitely not your standard hotel look • Location is fantastic: you can walk straight through the Royal Botanic Garden to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, which is a huge plus • Great base for exploring Sydney on foot while still being slightly tucked away and calm • Only minor downside: the shower temperature was tricky to adjust in the morning – it tended to jump from a bit cold to suddenly very hot • That said, it seemed more like a room-specific issue than a general problem, and we managed just fine Overall: a very cool hotel with personality, great people, and an unbeatable walkable location – would happily stay again.
