"There was no recognition for my Life Gold elite status. The room itself had broken lock and faulty window that could not be properly close. It took ages for the hotel to make a decision to move me to a proper room. During the room exchange (22:15 night time when i was tired) my jacket fell and luckily it was brought to Lost and Found and i got it the next day after i insisted i lost it during the evening swap. breakfast was good and the service in the breakfast was very good."

"Overall good, front desk manager and other staff were cooperative. They let me check in early morning, otherwise I had to wait till afternoon for regular check in. In addition they offered me free Breakfast buffet at first day check in, breakfast fast was good but not many options, still good enough. Room was wide, clean and comfortable."
