I stayed at Warwick with my friend on a short trip to Brussels. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast had a good array of selections and we helped ourselves to some delicious food. I recommend - excellent location from the train station and all the fun things a tourist would enjoy

Great location. Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable rooms and nice spa. Opening times could be better. Bathroom in the rooms not the most convenient. Professional service.

We spent our wonderful trip at Brussels with this hotel with superb memories. we sleep soundly since hotel room is cozy and enjoying the atmosphere of the city happening each and every night. Hotel is few km away from grand place, the staffs are friendly and greets us with kind words in notes and welcoming cookies. we feel delighted staying comfortably with this hotel. We shall recommend to everyone whoever is coming to Brussels to stay at this Novotel hotel. we love this hotel and we shall be back with no time.

This hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again.. I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up..... Other than that it was well worth the money.

Hotel bit dated, but clean and spacious, especially the lobby. The room was comfortable with a large bed and the bathroom was very big. I also appreciated the small entrance area with double doors, which was very useful for leaving coats and other items. One thing I noticed a bit weird was finding a Bible in the bedside table in 2026, something that felt more typical of the 90s. Overall a pleasant stay, staff very polite.

About 5 mins walk to closest public transport, close to main attractions! Environment was great, especially in lobby, restaurant and room. Highly recommended!

Great location close to the city center, with good restaurants right around the corner and plenty of shops nearby. Perfect for budget travelers while still offering a great stay.

Right in the middle of attraction places. Closed to central station. They allow you to check in early as well. Yummy breakfast. You will love it.

Ideal location with the city center in 5 minutes walking distance. It's a charming hotel with a unique interior. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and offer basic commodities. For the price and the location it's a nice deal, friendly staff included.
