"The service and Wi-Fi are fine, but some rooms are old and showing signs of wear and tear. The bathrooms also have a slightly peculiar smell. Of course, this depends on the room. However, since it's close to the Atomium and within walking distance, Rich is great. There are also quite a few restaurants nearby."

"Top staff but our room was located towards the main road, just above the gas station. so there was noise during the night (motorcycle, ambulance...). The hotel is well located for the exhibition areas and the atomium. However, we are far from the center and no supermarket nearby, which is a shame."

"The hotel was nice and clean, with a jungle-like atmosphere and beautiful decoration. It’s in a great location, very convenient and easy to access public transport. The only downside was that when we first entered our room, housekeeping had forgotten to remove items and rubbish from the previous guests, which caused a very bad smell. However, they quickly apologized, changed our room, and offered us free breakfast. Overall, it was perfect and great value for money. Recommended"

"Spacious room and really comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunatley, free bottled water is not provided in the room so bring your own if you dont drink tap water and/or spend on the mininbar. Breakfast is decent with good quality food but the variety is a bit limited. Staff is nice and friendly. Location may not be ideal for tourist as the hotel locates in a business districts. If you go by tram to reach the hotel, it's better to alight at Rogier and avoid the North Station which is quite shady and not the safest spot in this beautiful city."
