"As reported from the beginning of the reservation, the hotel is in works, but this did not affect the accommodation in general. The size of the rooms is very good, all new. And the location is great! The only point of attention was that I booked 02 Standard rooms here on the platform that according to description and photos were couple bed. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the information of trip.com was wrong, there was no Standard room with a couple bed and only single bed. I had to present booking details, photos of the platform ad and reiterate that at least 01 of the rooms was essential to be couple. The hotel gave us then ”upgrade” at 01 of the rooms, but it had a whole disorder. And we stayed in very different room quality between the 02 bookings. I understand that a hotel from the door that offers the Belong Stay and a platform as referenced as the Trip should not have such a problem and generate disadvantage for guests/clients."

"The hotel is right outside the subway exit, which is super convenient. It's in the city center, so shopping and attractions are all very close."

"Excellent hotel with very professional staff (particular thanks to Yan!), good facilities, nice rooms and a superb location! We arrived around 8am in the morning and chose not to pay to get early checkin, but the staff still kindly let us use the shower on the top floor and we had (paid) breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety! I also used the small but good hotel gym. Plus there were some nice touches like chocolates and weather forecast each evening."
