"Great location and friendly and helpful staff. While the hotel looks a bit dated, and the room I book looks much bigger in photos than the actual size, it’s still a good value-for-money choice at this time of the year."
"Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper. Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time. Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!"
"The hotel was in a great location, and our room was very comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot were amazing —definitely a highlight of our stayWhile most things were excellent, we felt the customer service could have been more attentive at times. A little more care in handling guest requests would make the experience even better.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially for the fantastic amenities."
"What a great place!! Ski in and out at the best! Hotel lacks luxury and sophistication but has a lot of charm and practicality. The fact that you can walk with your ski boots from you bedroom is a plus! Rooms have all the things you need to cook and have a great time. Excellent value for money. Pool is quite hot and the hot tubs are super warm. Gym is too basic and the fact there is no bar is a minus. Would come back for sure"
"clean room and nice room. staff are friendly though we had some connecting issue with the EV charger we got from hotel. it is a good hotel in general, nice location"
"Location was great, paid parking but had enough spots. Older facility but clean. Weird not having daily cleaning services but only there two nights."

Amazing
DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!
GGuest UserLovely stay, I recommend the Fairmont gold room, the lounge and service were great! The hotel is big and has a lot of restaurant options. But keep also this in mind as the spa, and public areas are also quite busy with people and families. The confort of having the ski rental and ski valet in the hotel were amazing!
GGuest UserThis hotel is good in vie if cleanliness and friendly staff. The bed is comfortable. The staff at reception counter is so nice and welcoming to offer different information to us including parking, dining and sightseeing. The location is good, close to Parking lot 4, less than 5 minutes walk. I would love to stay here again!
PPranav PurushottamExcellent location near the Gondolas in Whistler Village. Food/Market everything within 5 minutes walking. The room was very clean with bath totally renovated & new. If you have friends these vacation ski clubs are big and equipped to enjoy together.
FFaraad KhanThis hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!
GGuest UserClean, spacious, well stocked, we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back. There is a wonderful grocery store right across the rd if you forget anything.
GGuest UserI understand this is a budget hotel, but I wish it had been clearer that there would be no housekeeping at all during the stay—not even bed-making or basic cleaning. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, although it’s marketed as a hotel.
Unfortunately, I also had a strong allergic reaction to the bed, which made it really hard to sleep. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even when turned off, there was still a constant noise coming from somewhere—possibly the ventilation system, but I couldn't tell for sure. There was also quite a bit of traffic noise from the nearby road (could be a highway).
That said, the room was spacious and had a small table to work at, which was convenient. The kitchenette was clean and functional, and the bathroom was in good condition. The closet space was also good (note that I traveled by myself).
GGuest UserBeautiful room, full kitchen ,stove, oven, big refrigerator ,coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dish washer, big tub, large dinning room table, air condition was on and room cool, refrigerator was on and cool. Was our 3 year wedding anniversary they brought a basket of goodies for us.They have gated under ground parking so I did not have to worry about our corvette.lots of closets and storage spaces.beautiful pool and hot tub.great location .I can go on and on about how wonderful it is.We will be back would like to stay forever there ,and live in the place 🤣🥰
GGuest UserBlackcomb Lodge is a winter wonder den! Nestled near the slopes, it's all about ski, sleep, repeat. The vibe is cozy chic, and the hot cocoa is on point. Perfect crash pad for snow junkies!
