"I wanted to book this hotel a long time ago. There were so many tourists before that it was hard to find a room. In the evening, I took a walk on the beach downstairs to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the Hama Star ferry passing through Cijin! It is very close to Xizi Bay. The hotel has good service, is clean, has a rest area, and provides food and snacks! The breakfast is also very rich, which is my favorite! I will book it again if I have the chance."

"Nice hotel in a great location in Kaohsiung. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodative and could speak enough English to be effective. The view from my upper floor balcony was great overlooking the harbor and many of Kaohsiung’s main attractions. For the price, having a nice balcony was a great amenity. Local access to the underground transit was really close as was the local trolly. I’d rate the walkability as very high. That includes proximity to a larger grocery store, higher end restaurants, local family owned restaurants and shopping. The night market was only a single stop away on mass transit. There are multiple walk-on opportunities for local ferries that provide tours around the harbor that I recommend. For perspective I am a solo senior traveler from the USA who has traveled Asia extensively."

"This is a good quality, clean and new hotel. Good sized room, beds and bathroom. Very short walk to Pier 2 art centre. 20 minutes bus ride (R52) from Zuoying HSR station and connects round the city by light rail. I prefer to stay in this area as it's peaceful and calming. Lots of good food to be found with Google maps in the vicinity either on bicycle or foot. Staff is helpful and friendly."

"The location is near the Wenwu Temple station of the light rail, requiring an additional 5-6 minute walk. This time, I stayed in a double room by myself, and the space was quite large for me, as well as clean and tidy. The room provided bottled water, and there was also a water dispenser available on each floor. The downside is that slippers were not provided. Because I had read the reviews beforehand, I brought my own disposable slippers to use."
