Location is good. Walkable to 三坊七巷. Maybe 15 mins. Tips: once you exit at D3 of Metro Line 1 don't walk straight as directed by Amap (else you will end up at the small road with heavy traffic and bumpy road). Instead turn around you will soon find the name of the road for the hotel. Turn right at the main road. After you see 如家hotel a bit further you will see the entrance for a few hotels. One of them lead to this hotel... Eh...look at the floor to follow the direction. Room is spacious. Proper bath towel given and small towel is disposable type. Shampoo and bath foam is fragrant if you like Jasmine. Bottled water, toothbrush set etc are given daily... Impossible to use the toothpaste with the toothpaste cap though...

I arrived at the hotel at around 8pm. The front desk told me that I could get a free upgrade to a superior king-size room. Wow, when I got to the room, I realized it was really big and new. The price was really good in the city center. I was worried that their shampoo would not work well at first, but my daughter didn't even need to use conditioner. The quilt was very soft and comfortable, and the bed was also very big. Let's talk about the breakfast. I didn't have high hopes at first, after all, it was free. I didn't expect that the breakfast was very good, and I could see that the boss was very attentive. At the end of the meal, I actually found that there were bottled drinks. In short, I think the price-performance ratio is very high. I think it is perfect.

This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and access various points of interest with ease. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which added to the convenience.

Opposite is the subway entrance G and the hospital, it is very convenient to travel, the sanitation is cleaned every day, the environment is very good, takeaway can be delivered directly upstairs, there is a restaurant in the morning, it is very cheap to pay for yourself, 15 yuan per person, highly recommended!!!

It was truly a healing experience to stay here, and I was even able to check out late at 2 PM. Environment: Better than expected, with a warm, Instagram-esque decor. The room has a rooftop terrace, which was very comfortable. It's only a 20-30 minute e-bike ride from the southern and northern tourist attractions.
Service: The owner was very attentive and personally picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.
Amenities: Plenty of hot water, effective air conditioning, and the room comes with disposable bath towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and face towels.

KKafeihentianEvery staff member at the hotel was incredibly kind and patient. They'd escort you to your room, help with luggage, and all visible snacks and drinks were complimentary. It was very relaxing. Getting to Sanfang Qixiang was also super convenient. The room had tea and books, and these books introduced famous figures and literati who lived in Sanfang Qixiang.
Welcome fruits and a greeting gift were delivered directly to the room.
For the Chinese bead stringing cultural experience, my child still wears the beads they strung themselves.
Besides these, you could also make your own postcards and lacquer fans.
Finally, we even received a parting gift.
Fuzhou's winter really isn't cold at all; I even saw mosquitoes!

While not in the absolute center, the location is quieter within the park area and convenient for getting around, with plenty of food options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for takeaways! The room is well-equipped with all the amenities you need. Definitely worth a stay.

The room was an Executive King, very spacious, and even included a hot tub with bath salts for a relaxing soak. The slippers were of good quality, not the usual disposable fabric type.
Breakfast selection was quite good for a four-star hotel, featuring hot dishes. You could even customize your own hot pot with options like beef eye, fish balls, and more. It really had a distinctive Fujian flavor.

Environment: The view was fantastic, overlooking the Min River. We got to watch the sunset, which was absolutely beautiful.
Facilities: The TV wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't cast anything to it. Hopefully, they'll update that soon. I really liked the toiletries, though.
Breakfast: There was a good variety of options, but the taste was just average. It was extremely crowded, and there was a lot of waiting in line.

The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛
Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable.
Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to Juchunyuan and Dameng Food Street, and across from Dameng is Sanfang Qixiang, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. The hotel's cleanliness is good, and the rooms aren't small, with all the necessary amenities. I hope the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied, but it's not a big deal since Fuzhou has so many great local snacks. On the last day, they kindly extended my check-out time to 2:30 PM, which was very thoughtful and perfectly aligned with my train schedule. Excellent service!

GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
