I always stay here when I visit Tianjin from abroad, and the service is as attentive as ever. I booked a twin room, but I'm grateful to Lü Nan and Liu Fanshuo for changing it to a king-size bed. They even gave me a box of fruit on a hot summer day—such a thoughtful gesture. The guy at the front desk, a graduate of Tianjin University's Water Conservancy Department, helped me with my luggage and even adjusted the water temperature in the bathroom. He was incredibly attentive. This established, star-rated hotel has undeniable service! They maintain their usual high standards, which makes me feel at ease. Highly recommended.

I stayed in Tianjin for three days and stayed at the Orange Crystal Lavande James Joyce Coffee. The price range was over 50 yuan. The best experience was the James Joyce Coffee. The worst hygiene was the Leifeng, especially the Youyi Road store. The James Joyce Coffee found that it was appallingly bad. I paid attention to the problem and corrected it in time. I was given a bear and a new bathing sample. They are both from the hotel. Why is there such a big difference? The room manager on the morning of the 2nd had a very good service attitude.

The female frontdesk staff was very accommodating with my issue. The room that was first assigned to me has temperature problem, therefore she upgraded me to a bigger room with better view and window, for free. The rooms were very clean. The toilet is of Japanese type. Even with language barrier, she patiently used translation app to answer my inquiries. The breakfast is buffet type with a mix of Chinese and western dishes. There is a gym where you can do your out-of-town workouts. One thing I really love in this hotel aside from the good location (near Yingbinguan station, 5-10minutes walk) is the free self-service laundry. You do not need to put detergent as it is already automatically included. And there is also the dryer machine. I will surely book this hotel in the future.

週末帶孩子來天津玩，選擇了這家快捷酒店，體驗感超乎預期✌。 1.看評論區説，有免費停車位但是很少，所以提前給酒店打電話詢問幾點來能有車位，得到回覆：您放心，來了肯定給您安排。 2.辦理入住時，老公和孩子的身份證落車裡了，我們要去取，前台指着旁邊的機器説：外面太熱了，您別去了，從機器上輸入身份證號驗證吧。很暖心！然後還給小朋友拿了小童拖鞋和小童牙刷牙膏，草莓味的🍓。用完孩子不讓扔，拿回家繼續用。 3.房間很乾凈。空調特別好用，調整温度特別快。早餐也比較豐富。 4.這片屬於文化中心，距離天津博物館、科學技術館、自然博物館，都不太遠。酒店下面有一排飯館，很方便。對於7歲孩子，科學技術館最好玩，並且不用預約，可以刷身份證或者輸入身份證號進。 5.退房時因為還要去科技館玩，所以車沒有開走，下午又去前台掃停車碼，全免費，前台還問：用不用帶幾瓶水路上喝。感動～ 6.不足點：酒店前台在大廈2樓，上樓有電梯，下樓衹有樓梯，對於行李多的有點麻煩。我們住12層，早餐時間，電梯等的時間長一點，不趕時間的也還好。 綜上，在快捷酒店中屬於比較好的，再來天津玩還會選擇～

An incredibly comfortable stay that exceeded all expectations, definitely worth revisiting countless times! This hotel completely surpassed my expectations for this trip. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a strong sense of sincerity. The simple yet grand decor, coupled with soft lighting and a refreshing, non-overpowering fragrance, immediately caught my attention. The public areas were adorned with well-placed greenery, and the waiting area chairs were soft and comfortable, instantly relieving travel fatigue. The front desk service was efficient and professional; check-in was completed in just 3 minutes, and they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, which was both thoughtful and thorough. The room experience was an even greater surprise. It was spacious, bright, and well-designed; the 35 sqm felt anything but cramped. The bedding was of excellent quality, the mattress was perfectly firm yet soft, and the adjustable pillows ensured a sound night's sleep. The double-glazed windows provided superb sound insulation, keeping the room quiet and free from noise, and the blackout curtains completely shut out any external disturbances. The bathroom featured perfect wet-dry separation, the branded toiletries had a pleasant scent, hot water was plentiful and stable, and the powerful hairdryer made drying my hair quick and smooth. The room cleaning was impeccable – not a speck of dust in the corners, no water stains in the bathroom, and the cups were high-temperature sterilized, making for a truly reassuring stay. The hotel's amenities were also comprehensive. High-speed WiFi was available throughout, with no buffering for streaming or working. The gym equipment was well-maintained, and there were separate shower rooms available after a workout. Breakfast offered over 50 choices of Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh and authentic ingredients ranging from freshly baked bread to hot stir-fries. The staff were also prompt in replenishing food and their service was warm and attentive. My entire stay was incredibly satisfying. Whether it was the hygiene, service quality, or facilities, everything demonstrated a super high standard. The value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends. It's genuinely worth recommending!

First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic and made us feel the kindness and loveliness of the Tianjin people. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway. There is Vientiane Shopping Mall nearby, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The house price is relatively acceptable. The only flaw is that the room feels a bit dated and probably has some history. But we can accept it. Mainly, the people in Tianjin are really nice. Next time I come, I will choose here again. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the newly opened hotel. The cleanliness is very good. The breakfast is very good. The service is also very good with Tianjin characteristics. There are two basic room types. One is square but has no windows. The room with windows is slightly smaller and the door faces the head of the bed. It’s the bathroom with bad feng shui that shows the shadow of Hanting! Atour added a frosted partition next to the bed to face the door, and made a full-length mirror on the bedside to face the mirror of the washstand. I still recommend this room type. Ventilation is so important in a newly opened hotel. The hotel has free parking spaces and there are plenty of parking spaces.

The room is very clean. I turned on the air conditioner in advance and it was so cool. It was so healing. The service staff were also very good and had a great attitude. It's really great for a chain hotel to have such a thing✌🏻

The experience was great. When the hotel found out that I was there to see JJ Lin's concert, they sent me a small gift. It was very heartwarming. The service and environment were excellent. It is three subway stops away from the Olympic Sports Center, which is very convenient.
