I booked this hotel last minute for a business trip to Hefei. The front desk is upstairs, and I initially went to the wrong one as there are several hotels on that floor. It's a relatively new hotel, so all the facilities and equipment are very new. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the front desk staff are very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. I highly recommend the breakfast; it's excellent value for money. The 25 RMB buffet is better than others I've seen that cost 48 RMB. There are many interesting books by the bedside. The only downside is the large projector screen requires the room to be completely dark to see anything clearly. Also, the cleanliness isn't great; the cups were noticeably dirty.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and proactively inquired about my needs. The hotel facilities are complete, the location is excellent, and it's very convenient for business trips. It's great value for money; the room is spacious, has electric curtains, the bed is very comfortable, and the room is clean and hygienic. Overall, I recommend it to everyone. Special praise to Manager Rain; his service was exceptionally attentive, meticulous, and professional.

This stay was great! The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the noise was basically not heard at night, and the quality of sleep was particularly good. The bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation and has sufficient hot water supply. The most commendable thing is the service. The front desk was very efficient when checking in. The staff was warm and patient. They also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food and attractions. The breakfast is rich in variety, fresh ingredients and tastes very good. The overall price is super high, I will choose this hotel next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Business travel is too important to choose the hotel! This is a complete demand! Check-in is efficient and there is no need to queue. The mattress is moderately firm, the office facilities are very intimate, the desk is spacious, the lighting is soft, the USB charging port is at the bedside, the only small regret is that the popular meals during the breakfast peak period are slightly slower, but the overall experience is far more than expected. I will look for this one when I come here for business trips in the future!

Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!

The hotel food was also delicious.
The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall.

The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

My room is facing the expressway but noise is not an issue. Room is very big and cozy. Only thing is the toilet has some sewage issue. But not big problem as most of the time I will be out. Another advantage is that the hotel will help to collect your parcels on your behalf. But don’t order too early before your arrival.

My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing.
- Dining 🍽️
The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable.
- Service
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm.
- Getting Around
For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended.
- Other Amenities
The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests.
Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.
