"Exceeded my expectations! Can highly recommend. I booked double-bed room, but hotel connected with me in a few days saying it's not available and suggested me a triple-bed room instead for the same price or full refund (though my booking was non-refundable). I accepted the new room and it was just great! Panoramic windows almost like a balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fridge right in my room! And microwave in the corridor (though one was not connected to the electricity - the other one on the floor was). It would be great to have a teapot, too (but I managed to heat water in the microwave). Excellent wifi. Host was very nice and explained everything upon check-in, self check-out early in the morning is available. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Would be great to have cups to put toothbrush. It can be noisy outside (2nd floor), but I closed the windows and it was calm. You can hear doors clapping from other neighbors- though it's not surprising for the hotel. District is great - Consum supermarket just 1 min by walk, Mercadona - 5 mins. Lots of cafes around. Metro 5 mins by walk, city center 30 mins by walk, very convenient to get to the railway station."
"Amazing location. Just 2 mins walking from the central market! Surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. Clean and quiet room. Super friendly staff"
"We were quite impressed with this hotel. It’s recently renovated and rooms are large and bright. Great breakfast and nice gym, small but with almost everything you need. Amazing location near the old city, you can walk everywhere and lots of bars and restaurants nearby."
"Good location, Easy to go to City center and AirPort."

Great
SSunshineTDecent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.
GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.
AalisazhirnovaThe hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television.
PPianist with no handsThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed. Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed. The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure. The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person. The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home. The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good. Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good. I am happy to come back again next time
GGuest UserFor the price, this is an outstanding place to stay in Valencia. Breakfast was included, the views over the Science Museum and Turia Gardens were a real highlight, and on-site parking was effortless—even with a large SUV. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Although the rooms are slightly dated, the high-quality materials create a comfortable, cosy atmosphere. With great views and excellent value, this is an easy recommendation for anyone visiting Valencia.
GGuest UserThe hotel is simple, but you can rest very well. There are metro stops nearby to get to the center. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.
AAnonymous UserThe hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
