"We had a lovely experience at LH Gran Via Valencia. The rooms were very neat and well furnished. The service was polite and well measured to our needs. The breakfast was exceptional and the Christmas lunch as well. It is very central and well located to lovely restaurants and sights in Valencia. It is also 20 minutes maximum to the airport - this is perfect. Check-in and Check-out were seamless and the staff exceptional!!! We will be coming back. Our rooms were upgraded free of charge and the front desk always knew what you needed before asking. Great attention to detail."

"The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television."

The breakfast was very good, lots of variety and delicious. The hotel is in a good location as well just in the outside of the main old city and next to a metro stop and not far from the main train station"

"Good location near metro stop. Small shop and options to eat & drink nearby. Pleasant reception staff. Great view over city from roof (where pool located). Did not eat there so cannot say but did have some drinks in the seated area by the restaurant, again good staff."
