Hotels near 10th arr., Paris

Considering how expensive accommodation generally is in Paris, this hotel is a real gem. First off, the room size isn't as cramped as many others; there's still plenty of space even with a double bed. There are two small wardrobes, and they provide a generous amount of hangers, which is incredibly convenient. They offer not just bath towels but also bathrobes, which is a fantastic touch for this price point. The most impressive feature was that my room had a balcony. From there, you could see the street below, and in the distance, you could even catch a glimpse of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. Looking north, Sacré-Cœur Basilica was also visible. On a clear day, it was absolutely beautiful. The entire room faced west, so you should be able to see the sunset, though I didn't get to experience it. The hardware facilities are excellent. The faucets are from a famous brand. The bathroom is compact but well-equipped, even featuring a heated rack for drying clothes. Besides air conditioning, the room also has a heater, which is really useful during the cold winter months. Plus, there are plenty of outlets for all your charging needs.

Room is small but clean and have enough stuff for short stay, good points are the window and the aircon. Accommodation is soso, acceptable. The receptionist is very friendly. Location is very convenient, restaurants are around, metro is nearby. Only one negative point is this area is it seems not so safe to walk alone in the evening in this area (after 9pm).

The location was very good. Hotel clean, but sadly there’s a smell from the toilet so I had to keep the WC door shut at all time to avoid the smell. The wall was thin so I could hear couples arguing the next door. A plus with window to the lively street of Paris (possible security concern).

Staff are absolutely brilliant and helpful. Room is basic but has everything you need, but couldn't adjust the heating controls as they were locked. The safe in the room also didn't work. The Bathroom and shower is very small and cramped. Breakfast is also basic but absolutely fine with the quality and service provided. Located near shops and restaurants and the Louis Blanc metro station which is less than 5min walk away. Also located near both Gare Du Nord and Gare De L'Est train stations which are around 10min walks. However worst thing about the hotel is that it is located outside the train lines from Gare De L'Est so you hear all the trains go past. Also it is located at a junction which has a pedestrianised street that has a bench on it. Everyone sits on that bench and has a gathering, also there is a restaurant across the road, and when it shuts at midnight, everyone stands or sits on the bench to socialise and you can hear everything. The hotel is not bad, but the location is poor due to the trains going past and people socialising outside it, you cannot get a good night's sleep there. I stayed for five nights and it was just about enough to stay as a solo traveller, just a shame that the train lines are outside it and the bench where everyone socialises.

Fuss free check in and check out. Room did not have a fridge but clean and we'll maintained. Have to go down to use the kettle (check if it's clean before using). Althouhh the area is not really the nicest looking, it wasn't shady or dangerous. Near 2 laundromats to do our own laundry. 5min walk near a few train lines direct to tourist spots. Pretty satisfied with the stay 👍🏻

The hotel has great accessibility, being close to subway stations, and there is a McDonald's right across the street. The staff are very helpful, and you can see the effort they put into satisfying your needs. The street-view terrace is fine but not very necessary.

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and the staff at the front desk was super nice. the hotel breakfast was great too, it was nice to have a breakfast buffet in a cheap hotel. location is okay, near several metro stops but you need to be prepared to walk to the main attractions, which was expected and we didnt mind it

I do love this hotel.It's unbelievable that the distance from here to the Paris North train station so close. Also next to a lot of bus and underground. Moreover, the bed is very soft and clean. Also, the bathroom is satisfied with bath. The only problem is when I leave hotel, I must Return my room card and when I come back at midnight I use the ring over ten minutes then staff come.I understand it is midnight, but if necessary Maybe some guests don't need to be asked to return the card.

Location is very good. Metro station is just a minute walk from the hotel. Receptionist is very helpful talking to the driver who does not know how to speak english who will drop us off to the airport. Room size is just enough for 4 pax.

I stayed here without meals while sightseeing in Paris during the Paris Olympics. The room was nice and spacious, and very clean. The front desk staff was polite and showed me how to use the elevator. The elevator was small, but it was a very appreciated facility when you consider having to carry a large suitcase up the stairs. The hotel is close to the metro and on a busy street, so I personally didn't think there were any safety issues, but maybe that was because it was during the Olympics? The food at the nearby cafe was also delicious, so overall I was satisfied with the hotel. There is no air conditioning, so if you open the windows insects will come in, so you may need to be creative in the summer.
