The holiday inn is well placed only 10 min walk from Birmingham new street station, the staff are well friendly and the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and ideal for a short break

This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time.

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Birmingham Centre. The hotel is very well located in the city centre, within walking distance to Broad Street, restaurants, and key attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a good bed and practical layout. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a good variety and was well organised. Facilities such as Wi-Fi and the gym were useful. The only minor downside was some street noise at night due to the central location, but it was manageable. Overall, a solid and reliable choice for both business and leisure travellers. I would stay here again.
