"It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a bullshit saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing."

"1) Great Location 2) Lobby service was quick 3) Was consitently haring loud grilling noise (especially on Monday afternoon) 4) No foot mat/foot cloth inside the room. This will eventually dirty your rooms faster as we walk wet footed from wash rooms 5)no razor or moisturiser provided"

"The french villa was a moderate stay. The distance to beach is 3-5 mins walk only. The location of the hotel is very appropriate as all the cafeteria and restaurants are nearby or better to say in the same location only. The negative was the reluctant nature of the staff. I would say a little motivation is required there. Overall budget can be slightly low as there isn't much special about the rooms. No cupboard to keep clothes also. Average stay. Cost can be less."

Those looking for quiet may be disappointed. However, the front desk allowed us to check out one day early, and we received a refund after many communications. Great!

It was a great experience except with the hot season, the restaurant was hot even with the fans. However that’s also part of the experience in an old mansion

SSeveino brigatoThe Radisson Pont du Chery is a hotel of no more than four stars, and it is very far from the main (white) part of the city. It is about 13–14 km away, and the hotel charges USD 20 each way, USD 20 to go and USD 20 to return. So, if someone wants to visit Pont du Chery, the hotel is extremely far. Moreover, there is nothing around the hotel at all—zero, a desert. It is suitable only for those who want to stay isolated from the city and close to the beach (about 500 meters away). Otherwise, it is not suitable for a tourist who wants to visit Pont du Chery🛜🛜🛜 The staff is excellent. The breakfast is good. The reception staff is exceptional

GGuest UserLovely oasis of calm, boutique hotel in the heart of the White Town. We stayed for 2 nights. We dined at the restaraunt on the first night, the food and ambience was excellent. We also dined twice at their sister restaraunt” La Villa” which had a 7 course taster menu that was excellent and great value for money. They are also affiliated with the bar/restaraunt ”The Spot” which we really enjoyed visiting during the day for a drink and spot of lunch in a nice courtyard. Breakfast at Villa Shanti was also good and the staff were all very polite and friendly. Our room was charming and comfortable. We felt the roof terrace area could have been a more attractive area to sit out on than it was it was quite basic and felt a bit neglected but otherwise we found the hotel a great place to stay.

AAJITHACame to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserI loved the hotel services! The majestic look make you feel great & important! All their staff are super helpful and humble! They constantly check on you to see if you need any help! Their breakfast provides variety of choices including cook to order! We went to ‘Villa Shanti’ bar & restaurant in pondicherry! The ambience & food are superb that we really had great family bonding! Something not to missed when you travel to pondicherry! How to miss their beaches!!! And sir aurobinda ashram? Such as divine place & you’ll instantly feel connected & peacful
