Great experience! Everything was really good. We had a room with terass and a view of the sea. It was stunning. Room was very clean and sheets where changed daily, which was nice when you have two dogs that sneak into bed during the night. Location was great. A short distance walk to the town center with shops and restaurants. The parking service was great. They park the car for you and when you need it they will bring the car in front of the hotel within 15 minutes. It will cost you 20€/ night but it's hassle free. Staff is fantastic. We arrived around 6AM (much earlier than expected), and way too early for the normal check-in time. We were absolutely exhausted after a night of driving and our room wasn't ready. But the staff was kind enough to give us a room to sleep in, and at 11AM we could check-in to our booked room. Free of charge! Breakfast was also great and they do packed breakfast if you leave before breakfast time. The hotel doesn't do laundry, but there is a laundry place 800m away.

A Wonderful Stay at Villa Sant’Andrea, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina Mare I had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Sant’Andrea. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and unique, with stunning views that made every moment special. My room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a restful and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff who made my experience so memorable—from the team who checked me in to the bellman and doorman who kindly assisted me upon arrival and departure. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It is no surprise that this hotel is so famous. The location and environment were excellent; it was the most satisfying hotel of my entire Italy trip. The room even had a small kitchen where you could cook simple meals. Aside from the hairdryer socket being a bit loose, everything else was fantastic.

Wonderful & romantic location. Friendly and professional staff. Special praise to Miguel and all the catering guys. Nice, efficient and smart. The cleaning ladies and all the staff who manage the sunbeds and the beach area are very kind. Top breakfast & lunch! Congratulations also to Mr. Daniele at reception, very quick in managing problem solving. In the end…we extended our stay.

Unmatched price point for location, grounds, parking, views in Taormina

Everything was good except for the laundry. We paid 40 euros and our laundry came back still somewhat dirty and not smelling clean. All my white clothes were ruined because they didn't separate. Wasted my money and my clothes. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly. We had a sea view room which was beautiful however it felt so stuffy and humid that it prevented us from sleeping and we were unable to turn on the air conditioning. The walls were so thin that we could hear people outside all night, we could hear the people have breakfast in the morning, and we could hear the opera couple streets over. Location was close enough to the bus and to shops and restaraunts.

The scenery is beautiful. I set the alarm early in the morning and took photos of the sunrise. The service was also very good. The luggage was delivered to our room.

A fantastic hotel, located within the scenic area, within walking distance of the viewing platform and the grand theater. The town is wonderful at night and worth exploring. It's highly recommended to book a room with a small balcony, as it's excellent.

I don't understand why people say that the hotel was old and crumbling. I think it was great and clean.
