"Excellent choice. Great location – close to the train station and major attractions. Absolutely spotless, with high-quality cleaning and all sanitary standards met. While the breakfast selection is limited, everything is delicious, especially the pies. The coffee is from a machine, not instant. The staff are responsive and friendly. I highly recommend booking, and try to get a room on an upper floor."
"This is the best hotel in terms of cleanliness and size of the room. ”I used it on the first day, and I was able to get rid of the fatigue of the flight, so I had a good time starting the trip.” It is recommended for travelers to bring the best rest and peace of mind."
"Overall a positive stay and a good hotel , would recommend , however a few issues Think with 2 people in the room , 2 bottles of water should have been provided No shower towels were provided in the room , had to ask for them Room Phone should be labeled clearly how to dial reception as no note to say which number to dial Breakfast selection was ok but limited choice of hot food and no decent coffee selection Building work was started on our first day with for the duration of our visit with no mention of any upcoming works"
"During my winter break vacation, I concluded my trip to Morocco with a three-night stay at the Rihab Hotel in Hassan, located in Rabat. It was a wonderful stay even with all of the visitors for the African Cup. It was a very hospital stay."
"I found home like stays in Rabat, Damei Chinese Homestay. Clean room, well equipped kitchen, good bathroom, host lady also offered washing machine however I did not use it. Host girl warmly delivered me to the train station and that was helpful. If you speak Chinese it is perfect place to stay there. But if you speak any other languages it is also best choice. Have a great time in Rabat. Hope I come back again."
"The location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!"

GGuest UserIn the heart of the Medina, a close walk to all major attractions and the Rabat Ville train station. The hosts were lovely and extremely accommodating. I would definitely return if I find myself back in Rabat.
MMohammad Al ShamaliExceptional Stay at Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr Our stay at the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Overall, the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is a remarkable destination that combines exceptional service, stunning design, and a deep appreciation of Moroccan culture. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.
YYaniv Ben-MalkaAll of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The rooms are well-decorated, clean and tidy, and so are the shared areas. It feels like a lot of thought had been spent on the things that will help any guest make their stay perfect, including the little details. Great value for money. If I will arrive in Rabat again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
EExplorettaThe apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.
Ww-sailThe location is good. It's an easy walk from the train station. There's a gas station and a Grand Taxi stand nearby, but the room was quiet. Breakfast is typical for Morocco, but there's a buffet of sorts. There's only one power outlet in the room. The bed is comfortable.
GGuest UserI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
