From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Overall, the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is a remarkable destination that combines exceptional service, stunning design, and a deep appreciation of Moroccan culture. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

GGuest UserOverall a positive stay and a good hotel , would recommend , however a few issues Think with 2 people in the room , 2 bottles of water should have been provided No shower towels were provided in the room , had to ask for them Room Phone should be labeled clearly how to dial reception as no note to say which number to dial Breakfast selection was ok but limited choice of hot food and no decent coffee selection Building work was started on our first day with for the duration of our visit with no mention of any upcoming works

EExplorettaThe apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.

YYaniv Ben-MalkaAll of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The rooms are well-decorated, clean and tidy, and so are the shared areas. It feels like a lot of thought had been spent on the things that will help any guest make their stay perfect, including the little details. Great value for money. If I will arrive in Rabat again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe location is good. It's an easy walk from the train station. There's a gas station and a Grand Taxi stand nearby, but the room was quiet. Breakfast is typical for Morocco, but there's a buffet of sorts. There's only one power outlet in the room. The bed is comfortable.

GGuest UserI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
