"All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The rooms are well-decorated, clean and tidy, and so are the shared areas. It feels like a lot of thought had been spent on the things that will help any guest make their stay perfect, including the little details. Great value for money. If I will arrive in Rabat again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!"
"The apartment room is large and very clean
Staff service is very good
Breakfast is also very good
There are some Chinese companies in the area, which is a very safe area
The soundproofing of the room is even better if it is better."
"Top quality facilities with a fantastic staff all around (Lovely front desk team, very professional, same for the Restaurant staff). 5mns walk from the tram, brand new building nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all."
"The upgrade failed, but there are still highlights. This stay experience is a little regretful. When booking through Ctrip, the hotel coordinated to upgrade the room type, but it was ultimately unsuccessful, and the room space was a little cramped. However, the overall environment of the hotel is quite clean, and the attitude of the service staff is relatively enthusiastic. The breakfast variety is rich, but the proportion of desserts is too high. For me who don't eat sweets, the choice is a little monotonous. I hope that the hotel can further improve its service in the future, optimize the room upgrade process, and adjust the breakfast combination to add more healthy options. Overall, the stay experience is satisfactory, and I look forward to the hotel's subsequent improvements."
"The staff are friendly and helpful with local itinerary suggestions. Special thanks to ***Chinese tour guide Lin Tingchao (WeChat: *************)***, who took us to explore the old town and hidden attractions in Casablanca in depth. His explanations were lively and interesting, and he also helped us bargain and avoid tourist traps! *** (If you need a Chinese tour guide recommendation, you can add his WeChat **********)*"

Great
GGuest UserI found home like stays in Rabat, Damei Chinese Homestay. Clean room, well equipped kitchen, good bathroom, host lady also offered washing machine however I did not use it. Host girl warmly delivered me to the train station and that was helpful. If you speak Chinese it is perfect place to stay there. But if you speak any other languages it is also best choice. Have a great time in Rabat. Hope I come back again.
GGuest UserIn the heart of the Medina, a close walk to all major attractions and the Rabat Ville train station. The hosts were lovely and extremely accommodating. I would definitely return if I find myself back in Rabat.
MMohammad Al ShamaliExceptional Stay at Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr Our stay at the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Overall, the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is a remarkable destination that combines exceptional service, stunning design, and a deep appreciation of Moroccan culture. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.
GGuest UserOverall a positive stay and a good hotel , would recommend , however a few issues Think with 2 people in the room , 2 bottles of water should have been provided No shower towels were provided in the room , had to ask for them Room Phone should be labeled clearly how to dial reception as no note to say which number to dial Breakfast selection was ok but limited choice of hot food and no decent coffee selection Building work was started on our first day with for the duration of our visit with no mention of any upcoming works
EExplorettaThe apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.
Ww-sailThe location is good. It's an easy walk from the train station. There's a gas station and a Grand Taxi stand nearby, but the room was quiet. Breakfast is typical for Morocco, but there's a buffet of sorts. There's only one power outlet in the room. The bed is comfortable.
GGuest UserI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
