": ”I recently stayed at ULIV, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were not only clean but also beautifully maintained, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Teresa at the front desk. She was not only fluent in English but also incredibly friendly and eager to help with any inquiries. Her warm demeanor made a significant difference in our visit. I highly recommend ULIV to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!”"
"The lady at the front desk received me very patiently. The room was very clean and large enough, with complete facilities and good internet. It's a pity that I didn't book more time. I will choose this place first next time."
"This was our last night in Mexico City. We chose a hotel in a relatively safe area. There were embassy areas nearby and it was very prosperous. It was past nine o'clock in the evening when we took a taxi to the hotel. The staff member Víctor helped us with the check-in procedures. Later, he enthusiastically introduced us to supermarkets where we could buy local specialties to take back home. The overall environment of the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was made to order. I finally had fried eggs after many days and ate three at once. My family also liked the bed and said it was very comfortable."
"The room was great, and the front desk service was warm and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, and the room was cleaned daily. The location was also good. The only drawback was the lack of a washing machine or laundry room, which isn't ideal for long stays."
"The apartment is relatively new and comes with a kitchen and refrigerator, so you can cook your own meals. It comes with an induction cooktop, pots and pans, and oil, salt, and pepper. Some floors have shared laundry facilities with dryers. There's a gym on the top floor with a great night view. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven downstairs and a Walmart neighborhood store nearby. There are also several Chinese restaurants and a Chinese supermarket (Far East) nearby. Please note that cleaning isn't done daily. You can add them on WhatsApp and ask any questions. They respond quickly (in English)."
"Great hotel in the quiet, safe part of Polanco. Stuff was very helpful and supportive. Room is good, with Roku TV. If you like to eat something, you have to order but it is easy as you have QR code right in your room. I liked the stay."
"It is located in a wealthy area in Mexico City, so the security is good. However, when you first go there, you might think it is a hotel, but when you actually go inside, there is a check-in desk and it feels like a condo."
"Everything was great, the facilities were very pleasant, and the service was excellent."

AAnonymous UserThe same problem with all holidayinn hotels is that there is a lot of room for improvement in hotel management. After the room was cleaned every day, someone would keep knocking on the door asking if the room had been cleaned. This shows very poor management. The location of this hotel is in a prosperous area in the city center, with very convenient transportation and easy taxi access for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and safe to walk.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.
GGuest UserThere is a shopping mall just outside the door, which is very convenient. Walmart supermarket, shopping mall. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, which runs every hour, departs on the hour, and has luggage storage service.
AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.
GGuest UserWe loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.
OOlivia LozaExcellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC) Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room. The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge) All and all, good value gor money I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .
GGuest UserEveryting about this hostel was amazing! They offered a free welcome drink on their beautiful roofop bar, the dormitory room was very comfy with private bathroom. We were only 3 people in a 6 bed dorm. Breakfast was great, with different options. I would definetely come back, good value for the price.
