The location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location! The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers. Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it. In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

In room details, it states there is a minibar, in fact, there is none. We asked the reception for the missing minibar, it seems that only suite room has one. Overal stay is good.

The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things. The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨. One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel. The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

Staff are super polite and helpful. The interior design of the room is really gorgeous, and the bed is so comfy! The location is super convenient too, surrounded by shopping malls and many restaurants. There's a cinema nearby too~ Super recommend this hotel to everyone!

GGuest UserThe size of room, cleaning, and facilities were better than expected. They tidy up the room very efficient. And they location is excellent for tourists. However the washing machine can only be used when installing their app which doesn’t user friendly for booking via third party platforms.

GGuest UserI had a really lovely stay at the hotel. It was clean, in a great location, and the staff at the reception were excellent. Even the music playing through the speakers was great. The hotel is only 100 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy a nice walk or even go for a run. It’s also close to the Pier complex — highly recommended!
