My wife and I together with a boy, recently had the pleasure of staying at NL Hotel for three days and two nights, and we wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for your kindness and generosity during our visit. After enduring a long holiday journey that resulted in leg injuries for both of us, your thoughtful gesture of upgrading us to a room with lift access truly made a significant difference to our comfort and well-being. Your attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed, and we deeply appreciate it. The hotel’s convenient location near Leidseplein, with its vibrant selection of dining options, made our stay all the more enjoyable and memorable. Great place to stay between meetings and catching flights. 10/10 with great staff!

The location is great, with a supermarket and museums just about a 5-minute walk away. The transportation is also very convenient. It's great value for the price.

6mins walk to tram station. There is staff at the counter 24hours. Good hygiene.

The location is great, right in downtown and very convenient walking around in the center of Amsterdam. Room was especially small, not a big hotel, think they gave me their smallest room with a view of the internal air-well in the basement. The room was not even big enough to open up my luggage completely so I had to unpack out a few clothing as I was staying there for a few nights and luckily able to store my closed luggage beneath the bed. Toilet was small but looked as if it was recently upgraded in the last few years, it looked fairly new although there were some drain flies flying around in the toilet and could have been cleaned or exterminated better. Bed was surprisingly a double for such a small room and was comfortable enough. I had an issue with the receptionist opening my room door without knocking at all while I was stark naked and about to head into the toilet for a shower. Did not think that it was professional no matter the reason for doing so - apparently she was confused and open up the wrong door. Knocking on door and waiting for an answer should be a universal practice by all hospitality staff across any hospitality properties. Room was expensive for the size but it was centrally located and comfortable enough.

Good location near Van Gogh museum! Tidy up the room even we just stay for two nights

For some odd reason, the room's heating was off when we checked in. It took 3h to worm up so we can get out again. While we were out the next day, cleaning stuff turned off the hearing once again?? We were frizzing as it was windy all the time. Great thing that there were free coffee and tees till noon 🥳

Lovely central hotel, nice and clean. Staff are incredibly friendly especially Gaia! Will 100% recommend it and be back!
