GGuest UserGreat hotel with a great location close to shopping and numerous dining options. Clean and spacious rooms, courteous and accommodating staff, nice fully stocked gym, and plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserMy husband and pamangkins enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was great—wala akong masabi. The staff were very helpful, except for one receptionist at the Escolta area, if I remember correctly, her name was Julia. She was very rude and was the only one who did not assist us. When I approached her for help, she even walked away from us. Imagine, it was my husband’s birthday and we received that kind of treatment. I mean, we shouldn’t have to mention that it was his birthday just to be treated properly as guests. Our overall experience was excellent, but because of her, it was disappointing. She was the only one who negatively affected our stay at The Peninsula.

TTravelling MeiI stayed at Seda Residences Makati for three nights and was very pleased with the location and amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. Plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and welcoming! I will definitely book here again the next time I’m in Manila.

GGuest UserI was generally satisfied with my stay at the hotel. There was only a small misunderstanding regarding the lunch boxes, but it was resolved. I especially enjoyed the UMU restaurant - everything there was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

GGuest UserPerfect location for Poblacion or Glorietta Malls! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was surprised how the room is like a regular studio apartment with kitchen area (microwave, induction stove and stuff) but is actually a full fledged hotel.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
