"Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to."

"It seemed a bit dark inside when I arrived at 6pm but the staff were quite friendly and helpful. I was exhausted from my travels and had to get to a meeting so I didn't get back til after 10. I got a good nights sleep two of the three nights while I was there. Friday night they had music bumping in the lobby area that I could hear on the 7th floor. I did finally sleep and do not know when it stopped beating. I appreciated the staff who were friendly both evening and morning and the morning complimentary coffee. I felt safe at this place."
