"The Brent House Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana was absolutely amazing! Clean, Quiet, Simple Modern Style, a Beautiful plant filled Atrium and a huge outdoor pool with lots of private sitting areas next to it. Even better it is located very close to just about anything you may need. Definitely a 10"
"The glass door leading to the hotel's parking lot needs to be replaced; it's about to break and could easily cause injury. The room was nice and clean, and there's enclosed parking for safe driving. It's not far from the city's attractions. However, there were quite a few homeless people downstairs at night, so it's fine if you stay indoors."
"The breakfast was varied and enough to fill me up. When the toilet got clogged, I had to wait until the next morning for it to be fixed, but they handled it politely."
"This is a clean and well-sorted property with all the basic amenities and no frills. It’s a great uptown location for those who are visiting the universities or Ochsner. There are no fitness facilities, however you can go to any number of local gyms and buy a day pass if necessary. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re seeking basic accommodations at a reasonable price."
"Great breakfast. Starts at 6.30am so come early because if you’re late, it gets crowded and no more food left. Room is clean, front desk is friendly. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided, so please bring your own. It’s in a good area, feel safe"
"The hotel staff is super friendly. The room is very spacious and clean although the carpet a bit worn out. The aảea is central enough close to French quarter and a lot of parking facilities with reasonable overnight charge from 25usd."
"we stayed in this hotel for one night, the service is very good! the hotel is beautiful, in the city center, everything is clean, cozy! the only minus is that our room had no window! or rather it was fake! this should have been mentioned somewhere either on the website or at the reception!"

Great
GGuest UserPros: The hotel, converted from a Catholic church, is very unique. The bars and restaurants have a distinctive style, and the ambiance and staff are very elegant. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and elegant neighborhood with bars on the main street that exude local charm, and it's not far from the French Quarter. Cons: My room was too small; the actual space felt different from the pictures. The dining experience at the restaurant wasn't the best. While waiting for service at the door, the receptionist replied, ”Can I help you?” Being treated like a curious tourist made me uncomfortable. The table assignment was also unpleasant. I was led to a table near the kitchen entrance, even though there were better tables available. I only sat down in a quiet spot after insisting.
MMaryAlways a pleasure staying at this hotel. Location and parking space is always great. Staff is always giving a welcome greeting. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is clean and always smelling fresh
GGuest UserWhen I come back to New Orleans, this is the only place I'd want to stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and it took us no time to get into the city proper. If you are ever overwhelmed by the city, there are plenty of places to hang out and relax at the Marsh.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful business stay at this hotel in New Orleans. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, including meeting venues and great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. It was a great balance of business convenience and New Orleans charm. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
