"It was a classy hotel. Room was huge and the balcony was a nice touch. Short stay so did not use pool or rec room. Restraunt was great at all times and you couldn’t beat the location."
"Fantastic Stay at Hostel Fish – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Hostel Fish! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is social yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot for solo travelers or groups looking to meet new people. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like privacy curtains, lockers, and charging ports by each bed. The common areas, including the bar, were lively and a great place to unwind after exploring Denver. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and attractions. Another highlight was the staff-led activities and recommendations—they genuinely want you to have a great time in the city. If you're looking for a hostel with a fun, social, and comfortable stay, Hostel Fish is the place to be! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Would absolutely stay again!"
"Great location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots."
"Nothing could have been better regarding our stay. We requested early check-in and the coordination regarding our request was top-notch. All communications were warm and responsive. The accommodations were simply beautiful and the food was incredible. Safe and easy parking for our vehicle. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back."
"We stayed here for just the evening. We walked to the baseball game and back. It was a quick stay and did not spend much time in our room. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the check in was smooth and easy. I was able to get signed up for the Marriott membership."
"Service was not above and beyond like other hotel conceirege. Servers upstairs felt a little rude like I was imposing trying to make a reservation. Felt stuffy"
"Awesome place in a cool location. Staff was very helpful right from the beginning. Maddie is amazing and can answer all your questions if you needed."

Great
RRita2214Amazing hotel for a short stay. Clean spacious room with nice bar table and sofa area. Everything in the room was new. We liked the design
DDustin PaulThe hotel has an immaculate lobby and friendly staff. The room was clean with typical amenities expected. They have a very large fitness facility with a good selection of equipment. There is no pool or free breakfast, but this hotel met everything I needed. I was very pleased.
JJJRGIts a great hotel to stay when you are having a long lay-over in Denver. Very spacious rooms, comfy bed,Starbucks coffee provided. Really superb and worth the price. Though its quite on the higher price, still the best and relaxing sleep and stay is at its finest. Will stay here again soon.
KKarenkakaoAs a Hilton gold member I Always make it a point to stay at a Hilton for it good desk service and neat room and this Hilton did not let me down. Location is excellent with 16th street mall at the side Room is clean and neat with comfy bed
GGuest UserThe stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help. We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings. I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!
GGuest UserWhat I like: (1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits (2) Staff are professional, explain things well. (3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in. What can be improved: (1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier. (2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay. Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.
GGuest UserThe desk staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a 19th floor room. The crows outside this location were the most exquisite fabulous experience I think i've ever had at a hotel. I felt that you all should make use of the experience and build them some shelter and accommodate them more luxuriously , so they're a well taken care of part. The amount of bird s*** all over the ground doesn't really bother you if you have all these awesome blackbirds there, but it could be maintained in a really much more connected healthy way. They\nLive there , and it's like the only trees downtown , really. Please don't cut the trees down instead.Build some cool bird boxes and use them as an art exhibit, it will attract people. Even the Denver hotel Populusis supposed to be like an aviary or something. Thank you!
GGuest UserStaff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Everything we needed was in walking distance for us. Target wasn’t too far, close enough to walk. Right across from the Pavilion Mall. Area didn’t seem bad at all while we were there. We went for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and the walk was about 5 minutes. Super quick. My only complaint was that there is not a microwave in the room. There is a fridge though. Parking was expensive so I used the Spot Hero app and parked in the parking garage right behind the hotel. Literally a 2 minute walk or less. It was under $30 to park Friday through Monday. But read the terms if you decide to do that. You basically can’t go in and out if you park there. It’s just park and leave your car there until your done with your stay and leave. Rooms were clean and the view wasn’t great but decent. No indoor pool but there’s a rooftop pool that’s open seasonally. So not during the cold months. Overall it was a nice stay.
