Hotels with Parking in Innsbruck

Beautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

Top hotel, the rooms are really beautiful. Great location, it's not far into the city... And the cute little garden and the rooftop terrace 😍 The breakfast is almost unbeatable, from savory to sweet, there's something for everyone... we'll be back!

Rooms were clean, spacious and great that it had a small kitchenette. Service was excellent and the gym/sauna was good enough to be used. Was about a 15mins walk from the train station and 20mins walk from the main area/old town. Other than the location, everything else was great.

The distance between the central train station and hotel is easy access. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. There are no kettles in the room but when requested, staff immediately sent to the room. During winter, there is no ventilation in the room and again when told to reception, fans were sent to the room. Rooms were spacious, bright and cozy. One of the room and the glass elevator had beautiful mountains views. The hotel ground level and restaurant had a nice atmosphere and aesthetic settings. The breakfast spread had very less options for Muslim guests but doable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I forgot to take pictures of the interior, but it is a great hotel. There is also one in Augsburg. We like them very much. The breakfast is the best one on this trip. The girl at the front desk is very nice. She wears national costumes and can speak Chinese. We Here comes a big hug and a very merry Christmas Eve. Next time you come to Innsbruck, this hotel will definitely be your best choice. Happy new year

For the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous  Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries?  We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it  in good conscience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station. You just need to cross one road to get there from the station. You can enjoy mountain views, and the staff are very helpful. Whenever I had an issue, they provided timely and appropriate assistance.

The location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

Like the balcony in the room, nice scene that you may view the mountain top and house onto middle of the hill. Facility there is quite good even the hotel is not new build. Breakfast is enough and under good environment. Only the problem is the staff offer me four story room, that it is hard for a-60-lady to bring her luggage up to the room without lift. Luckily, I may store my luggage in previous hotel, to solve it.

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.* I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.
