JJasur MavlyanovWe recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation.
For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel.
But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

The owner of the B&B should be a person who loves life and really takes care of the B&B with her heart~ She is beautiful and gentle, personally entertains guests, and the coffee she makes is also delicious~ I like the design style very much, it is simple but not lacking in atmosphere, and it is decorated with green plants, which is especially great! ! I chose the slide room, which also has an outdoor terrace. The quality of the items equipped is also very good. I like the smell of the toiletries~ Recommended! !

The location of Mo Yu Shan Ju is perfect. It is only an 8 to 10-minute walk from the bustling Yucun market town. It is extremely convenient for going out for food, strolling, or visiting surrounding attractions. However, it cleverly maintains a sense of independence and tranquility, as if it is a paradise away from the hustle and bustle.
The moment you step into the villa, the clean and tidy environment instantly catches your eye. Every detail has been carefully taken care of, just right, making people feel particularly comfortable. The billiard room, karaoke room and chess and card room on the basement floor added endless fun to our journey and allowed us to spend many happy times in the villa.
However, what touched me most was the enthusiasm and kindness of the landlord couple. While traveling, my tire suddenly got a flat. It happened to be Chinese New Year and all the repair shops were closed. I was getting extremely anxious when my landlord, Mr. Yao, offered to help me. With his skillful hands-on ability and superb techniques, he helped me find the leak and repaired the tire, solving my urgent problem at the end of the year. What is even more touching is that Boss Yao resolutely refused to accept any compensation. I was deeply moved by this selfless help.
At Moyu Mountain Residence, I not only enjoyed comfortable accommodation, but also felt the warmth and care of family. This is not just a place to stay, but also a home full of warmth. Next time I come to Moganshan, I will definitely choose here again!

The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for all Ernest!!!

We got there after 8 pm on a Friday night and the front desk was available and waiting for us. They allowed night swimming and had great a spacious Karaoke facility. This hotel /BnB is pet friendly and so our 2 fur kids were not discriminated against and was treated with a great care. Jinx is the girl at the front desk and she is very kind, always going the extra mile for us, even sending us locations and attractions close by on wechat. If I could suggest a few things it would be:
1. The cats in the cat enclosure have not had their space cleaned in weeks. There are feces and spider webs inside the 'space'. The cats never come out and look very unhappy. Please can they be better taken care of.
2. Rooms can be swept and cleaned daily.
3. Breakfast can be less dough based but some more fruit and healthier food options.
Overall, we would definitely visit again and really enjoyed such a warm environment.

It's incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping, with transport options right outside and plenty of restaurants nearby – absolutely no stress getting around. What really put my mind at ease was the super easy parking; the car park is spacious and clearly signposted, which is a huge plus for anyone driving.
The hotel's ambiance and room design are incredibly tasteful, with an overall artistic vibe. From the lobby to the room, every detail shows thoughtful consideration. The decorative paintings and ornaments in the room aren't generic mass-produced items; they're stylish pieces of art. Staying here, I felt like I absorbed a bit of that artistic spirit myself – it was a visual treat.

Whether I contacted them by phone or WeChat, any request – like needing an extra bottle of water or asking for directions – was answered almost instantly, and issues were resolved quickly. PP CurrallUpon arrival we were warmly greeted as we parked our car in front of the hotel. The level of service continued to be extremely warm and friendly to the point of departure when they checked the road for us to leave. The location rating is more subjective. It’s very convenient as a base to explore Moganshan and doesn’t have the access complications of staying up on top of the mountain or the hustle and bustle of being in the town which gets a lot of traffic congestion. We enjoyed the seclusion and having a car it was ideal. The room was cosy with a good AC, quality accessories and a reasonable view, all appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We really liked the living and lounging areas around the grounds, where you can relax and read in seclusion. The swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was a set menu and acceptable. Overall we felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Big thanks to the staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable.

GGuest UserThis is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The location was good in the middle of the mountain, prividing great view and fresh, cool air. It's 15 minutes away from.the restaurants and 30 mins from the mountain scenic tourist spots and Discovery Adventures park. We arrived late at night, but the staff waited for us and gave us a warm welcome.There is a free parking space. Toiletries were provided upon request. Rooms had the basic amenities needed, ours had a bath tub and refrigerator. The hotel was homy with its wooden architecture. Breakfast was Chinese and was more than enough. We requested for dinner during our 2nd night, and the staff asked us what food and how we want them cooked with their available supply. We were allowed for a late check out during our 3rd day. All staff are very friendly. They know basic English which nakes the communication not a hindrance. To top ot all, it is a pet friendly hotel. This is highly recommended.

GGuest UserEverything was absolutely amazing! We had stayed at this hotel before when it was still Huttopia, now the area has expanded and offers more activities (horse riding, petting zoo).
The concept of staying in wooden cabins in the middle of a bamboo forest is unique, the scent of pine wood is pleasant and very relaxing.
This is a dog-friendly hotel, cleaning fee is 200 yuan per stay which is reasonable. I strongly recommend this place to people with dogs as there are many paths in the area to take dogs for a walk, without worrying about traffic, the area is closed off to public, only cars with special permit can drive around.
The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from, both Chinese and Western. And real COFFEE! Afternoon tea was delicious, shrimp with mango sauce and spicy salmon on a toast both tasted like Thai food and were super fresh!
The hotel offers facilities for everyone - playground and swimming pool for children, outdoor sauna + jacuzzi for adults. We loved going to sauna surrounded by bamboo and then taking a cold shower outside, it’s so refreshing on a sunny winter day!
We love this place and we will surely be back.
