"A hidden gem of a B&B in Xiantan Village, it looks just like something out of a Miyazaki fairy tale – so unique! We got upgraded to a dome room during the off-season, and I loved the tatami relaxation area and the balcony with breathtaking views. It would be even better if the private hot spring’s overhead cover could be removed and some small night lights added for extra ambiance! A big thank you to the thoughtful butler for their excellent care."

"We stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival, which also coincided with a birthday celebration, and our family had a wonderful experience. The environment is absolutely stunning, and they offer a fantastic array of unique activities. Even though it rained for several days, keeping us mostly indoors, we were never bored. We enjoyed making 'zongzi' (rice dumplings), bamboo weaving, pottery, crafting mugwort bouquets, and making sachets – so many different crafts! There was also horseback riding, celebrating a pony's birthday, and even 'yoga' interactions with the horses. These novel and fun experiences delighted both adults and children. A big thank you to our butler, Joan, for her attentive and proactive service, and to the super nice staff at the equestrian center who interacted and chatted with my daughter, sharing their knowledge about horses. My daughter especially loved Ty, saying he was her favorite. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the staff at the Naked Retreats cafe, had excellent service attitudes. While some dishes at the Western restaurant weren't quite to our taste, the restaurant manager handled our feedback gracefully from a customer's perspective. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely be back."

"The homestay I chose for this trip really gave me a lot of surprises, and I have to praise it 👍. 🌳Pleasant environment: The homestay is located near Moganshan Scenic Area, and the surrounding environment is like a paradise. In the early morning, I was awakened by the clear singing of birds. I opened the window and the fresh air filled with the fragrance of soil, flowers and plants blew in my face, and all I could see was green. The carefully tended flowers and plants in the courtyard are colorful and swaying in the wind, like a flowing painting, which makes people feel relaxed and happy and instantly forget the fatigue of the journey. 🛏️Comfortable accommodation: The room is warmly and elegantly decorated, from the soft and comfortable big bed, neat and clean bedding, to the unique decorative ornaments, every detail reveals the landlord's intentions. The texture of the bedding is excellent. Sleeping on it feels like being gently wrapped by clouds and having a good night's sleep. The house is well-lit. During the day, sunlight shines through the gauze curtains onto the floor, creating mottled light and shadows, creating a lazy and comfortable atmosphere. It is also fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, and a stable supply of hot water, so there is no need to worry about washing, giving people the convenience and comfort of home. 💁♂️ Thoughtful service: The landlord is super hospitable. From patiently answering various questions during booking to caring after check-in, it makes people feel warm. Not only did they prepare local snacks and detailed travel guides for us, but they also reminded us to add or remove clothes and bring rain gear according to weather conditions. If you encounter any difficulties during your trip, you can get help quickly by contacting the landlord. This thoughtful service really adds a lot to this trip. 🎉Rich experience: The homestay also has a public leisure area where you can make tea around the stove. In the evening, everyone sits together to chat, share their travel stories, and make new friends, which adds a lot of different fun to this journey. In short, this accommodation experience is perfect and I highly recommend it to friends who want to travel. I believe you will fall in love with this place when you come! 💕 Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here without hesitation!"

"This hotel truly lives up to its high ratings, no fake reviews here! It's right next to Intime City, with excellent amenities. When I checked in, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working well, but the front desk promptly moved me to a higher floor. The higher floor was quiet and peaceful, and the AC ran without any noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was very responsive, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered good value for money. Overall, there were no noticeable drawbacks, and it's definitely worth staying. I recommend choosing the largest room type; it's absolutely fantastic value!"

"We stayed for four nights in a four-bedroom villa with my parents and two kids (boys aged 9 and 11). We arrived in late June, right after school let out for summer vacation. When we checked in, it was just after the Dragon Boat Festival holiday in China, so there were a lot of guests checking out. However, the front desk handled everything very efficiently. Our room wasn't ready until after 3 PM, but that was understandable. The hotel has several restaurants. Yanlai Xuan and Rainforest Restaurant are always open, with others rotating. The variety of dishes is extensive, and the flavors have a Southern Chinese (Jiangnan) flair. We tried the mini hot pot once and absolutely loved it; it was a truly satisfying meal. The Western food was also great, especially the Thai grilled chicken – it was tender and delicious. As for activities, my kids were busy all five days we were here. For their age, the water park was the biggest draw. The seven combination slides never had a queue, which made it incredibly fun! The wave pool was also a hit; once they were in, they didn't want to leave. The Bamboo Forest Shuttle was unique and had no queues either – the ride down was exhilarating! The Spiderweb Climbing area was also fantastic, with a large and tall structure that's quite rare to see. Even with a light rain, the kids didn't want to come down. The only regret is that the Mine Pit play area wasn't open this time; I hope we can experience it on our next visit. Besides playing with the kids, adults can also enjoy a singing bowl healing session. Baolin An has a serene environment, and the practitioner is very professional. A session of singing bowls and a chat filled with life philosophies can truly help one feel relaxed and joyful, both physically and mentally. The villa rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Fresh fruits and beverages are replenished daily, and the housekeepers are very efficient. The log cabin area has an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. Everywhere you look, whether in the park or on the hillside, there's lush greenery. Along the shaded paths, you occasionally catch whiffs of floral fragrance. The croaking of frogs and chirping of cicadas intertwine to create a summer night serenade. For city dwellers accustomed to noise, coming here is incredibly relaxing. If you enjoy walking, you can easily get in over 10,000 steps daily. If not, transportation is very convenient. There are shuttle buses with different routes downstairs from the lobby, all operating in an orderly fashion. You can call for a car to any attraction in the park at any time; it takes as little as 5 minutes during off-peak times and 15 minutes during peak hours. Finally, I'd like to extend a special thanks to our butler, Xiao Lian. She communicated with us throughout our stay via WeChat, always responding promptly and professionally to all our requests. She is a dedicated and earnest young woman. In fact, all the service staff we encountered in the park were very professional, service-oriented, and excellent at problem-solving. This is by far the best overall quality of staff we've seen in any family-friendly hotel in mainland China. It's particularly noteworthy that we lost items twice, and the staff helped us find them both times. Once was a small children's watch, which the staff incredibly found in the huge water park after two days of searching. The other was an e-reader; even after we had checked out, the hotel called us to inquire and arranged for it to be couriered to us. We are incredibly grateful 🙏 As we were leaving, both kids were already asking to come back next year. They even kept their water park wristbands on, unwilling to take them off, saying they wanted them as souvenirs. I also look forward to returning with my whole family to enjoy this fun, delicious, and comfortable haven."

"The room was the same as the pictures. The hotel lobby was clean and bright. There were a bunch of sofas in the lounge area, with small biscuits, candies and iced lemonade next to them. The hotel check-in was very fast. The room was very clean, without the smell of mold or the feeling of being old. The whole room was clean and bright. There was a sofa bed in the room that was very spacious. The breakfast was also a combination of Chinese and Western styles, with pancakes, noodles, wontons, bread and cheese. The overall experience was very good👍"
