Excellent
The hotel environment was excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious; I hope they can maintain this standard. One of the complimentary set meals was exceptionally good, cooked in the evening. The other dish, a fish dish with intangible cultural heritage, was only so-so, perhaps because the chef wasn't there at lunchtime. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel showed great care in every detail; the tableware was beautiful, and the environment was well-maintained, with clear water and beautiful scenery. My family loved it and will definitely stay here again – a treasure of a hotel!

The Naked Castle Hotel offers a truly unique experience far removed from the city hustle. This is the ultimate ”out of the city” vacation. The highlight of our stay was hands-down the majestic scenery. We were treated to the best view of the sunrise imaginable, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a view every morning—a truly serene way to start the day. The service staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the activities on site and appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle service to visit their sister resort. If you're seeking tranquility, spectacular views, and a memorable luxury getaway, the Naked Castle Hotel is highly recommended!

The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful that it is intoxicating. Surrounded by green trees and fresh air, it feels like you are in a paradise. Looking out from the window of the room, you can see the beautiful mountain scenery, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. Also, this hotel is very pet-friendly. This is so important for those of us who have pets. The hotel provides specialized pet facilities and services so that our pets can feel meticulous care. The staff are also very friendly towards pets and made us feel very warm. The room is clean, tidy and warmly decorated. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent. The staff Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Yin are warm and thoughtful, and can always meet our needs in a timely manner. In short, Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel is a hotel worth recommending. If you also like nature and want to travel with your pet, then this is definitely your best choice.

Traveling off-peak. Christmas & my partner's birthday, a double celebration! We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade at the hotel. The butler service during our stay was excellent; the food ordering, luggage service, and housekeeping were all top-notch. The room was spacious, and the heating was on 24/7, so no worries about power outages or heating interruptions while we were out. (A blessing for those who are sensitive to cold! 😍) The breakfast was plentiful, with a semi-buffet style of fruit and pastries. There's a tea plantation behind the hotel that's worth visiting; the view of the hotel complex from the tea plantation is quite unique. Located in the mountains, the atmosphere is quiet and perfect for relaxation. The tall vegetation and fresh air made for a therapeutic walk in the morning. Finally, thank you for the birthday cake from the hotel. See you next time in Mogan! 😘

I spent the weekend at this hotel and had a really pleasant stay. The property is excellent — beautifully maintained, with a great location and stunning views. The pool area is lovely, and my room was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We also had a butler who was always ready to answer all our questions and assist us with anything we needed — truly attentive and helpful service. The service overall was very good, but I would suggest that the staff clean the pool with a net early in the morning before guests wake up. It’s a bit unpleasant to find insects that have fallen into the water overnight, and there wasn’t a net available for guests to use themselves. Apart from that small detail, everything was perfect, and I would definitely come back!

The environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, it has been newly renovated and upgraded, the experience is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the restaurant's dishes are very delicate and delicious, and the children are very happy. In short, it was a perfect experience and I will go again next time!

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
