GGuest UserThe facilities were new and clean. This was the largest movie room I've ever booked. The air conditioning was very strong as soon as I entered, and the mini-fridge was working perfectly and always plugged in. I've stayed in many hotels before where the fridges were practically useless. The service was excellent. The only downside was that the elevators on either side weren't connected; I had to press the button twice and they were slow to arrive. But it wasn't a major issue. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

GGuest UserI’ve always like Ji Hotel. The decor is consistent and classic. The location for this hotel is quiet and it suits my purpose for this trip to Jingzhou. The 阿姨 there brings out the microwave oven to help me heat up my food even though they are having their lunch. She even remembers that I stayed at level 10. Very good customer service.
The other interesting observation is that this outlet doesn’t have urine smell on the engineered wood floor at the toilet. I think the 阿姨did a good job in cleaning.

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist without being overbearing – they definitely deserve a thumbs up! AAnonymous UserFirst of all, the address is easy to find, it is in Jingzhou Wanda, and there are many delicious foods and places to visit nearby; secondly, the room is very comfortable and clean; and the front desk service is also very considerate. In short, it is a very good experience. Next time I come to Jingzhou, I will choose it again.

AAnonymous UserThe room is nice, new, big, and parking is convenient. Although the night milk is made of milk powder, it is very rich. The store is willing to give milk powder. Good night milk: good. Exquisite snacks: a variety of delicious. The elderly at home think it is good and live in peace and quiet. I will stay here again next time and hope to keep it up. In addition, the restaurant manager is beautiful, very polite, friendly, and a big beauty.

However, the management level is still at the primary stage. The bathroom is too crowded to turn around. If you bend over, you will hit your head or buttocks. There are mosquitoes in the room. The car was parked under a tree. It was very clean. It was even cleaner after a heavy rain the next night. However, the staff flushed the mud onto my car, which was too much.

YYundanfengqing 2021The hotel's location is great, right next to a shopping mall, and just a few minutes' walk from the ancient city wall, Binyang Tower, and Zhang Juzheng's former residence. It's lovely to take a walk along the river in the evening. Breakfast is served on the 16th floor, offering a nice view of Jingzhou city, and the food is good too. The staff are very friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

The hotel experience of this stay far exceeded expectations, and it was a surprise on the trip. The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding business districts are complete with dining, and it is particularly convenient to travel for food.
The service is even more highlight, the front desk check-in is efficient, take the initiative to help with luggage and explain the facilities in detail, and learn that I have specially upgraded the high-floor quiet room with my children. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, the design of smart curtains and dry and wet separation bathrooms is very intimate, and the Wi-Fi signal is stable and smooth.
The breakfast is rich in variety, the freshly made oysters taste great, and the fruit is fresh and juicy. I didn't encounter common problems such as poor sound insulation and perfunctory. Every detail is professional. The price is super high, I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city!

AASTRID HERNANDEZFirst of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.
